Holds A Lot, Looks Good!
I was impressed that I was able to actually get my entire wardrobe in this dresser while having extra space for dress shoes and other things like my phone charger and clock.I personally really liked the LED light that was built in, it made it great to shine some light on the early mornings and not wake up my partner while going through my clothes to find what I needed. This light did a great job at also lighting up the drawers when pulling them out, and even in the morning when our room was completely dark I was able to see clearly what I was pulling out. Just a cool little feature I found.As for the over usefulness of the dresser there were some pros and cons. The biggest downfall I found is the drawers. They were very stable and never posed any issues in collapsing on themselves or not holding their form. But I found that it was very limited on how far you could pull them out prior to having to completely remove them from the dresser in order to gain access to the contents inside.This was my only complaint about it to be completely honest. I found the dresser to look good in our room, and didn’t stick out like a sore thumb. I found it provided a lot of storage not just for my clothes but also my shoes which then opened up other storage options by condensing it onto the dresser.Everything held up well, the hanger held all my dress shirts and pants, it did not bow, bend, and was not effected in any way when the weight was applied to it. The LED light was a great source of visibility and the included charging station really made this a a nice unit to be able to hold most of our bedroom needs. I do have a 32″ TV placed on top of our dresser and still with that weight it holds up fine, doesn’t bow or lean, and is still very sturdy.I have no complaints other then the limitations given with the drawers, you can pull them out about 60% of the way until they become front heavy and then you’re best to just remove it from the dresser and look for what you need from it.
Sturdy and functional, but some flaws
Assembly was pretty straightforward, though itâs definitely easier with two people. I managed to put it together alone using the included manual tools, but it was a bit rough on my hands. The pre-drilled holes arenât perfectly aligned, though most were close enough to make it work. Even after adjusting the foot pads, one side of my closet ended up slightly taller than the other, giving it a bit of a crooked look. That said, the overall structure feels sturdy.One thing to keep in mind is the outlet placement is on the right side at the top, meaning the closet is best positioned on the left side of the bed if you want easy access to the LED light controls from bed. If thatâs not a concern, then it wonât be an issue.Aesthetically, it looks quite nice. The faux leather finish on the drawer fronts gives it a more premium feel, and it holds a good amount of clothing. I use it mainly to hang pajamas and lightly worn clothes that donât need washing just yet. The built-in LED light is a cool touch, with multiple colors and modes, adding a nice ambient glow to the bedroom.Overall, itâs a solid portable closet with a few minor quirks. If you donât mind some imperfections in alignment and are okay with the fixed outlet position, itâs a stylish and practical addition to any space.
Clean Storage Solution
If you’re looking for a nice and easy way to store all of your clothing and shoes, then I’d honestly look at this dresser,. One of the first things I noticed when I put it together was its height in comparison to the ground. I have a Roomba so having that little bit of height makes a difference when it comes to cleaning, so I really appreciated that. With that extra height you can also throw in some shoes And I wouldn’t go anything higher than a high top shoe. The assembly process was fairly simple as well and everything I needed came in the box with the instructions.. It took a little bit of time, but after I was finished, the end result was actually fairly sturdy and modern. I would personally put this somewhere in your walk in area and not something under your TV. Why anyone would do that is beyond me, but me personally, I like it right when you walk in so you can hang up all your stuff and you’re good to go. The drawers themselves are fairly functional as well, and I personally just like to keep my keys, wallet, and other things I need when I’m on the go. It also has a built in charge station which slowly trickle charges all your devices which is pretty nice to have in a pinch, but I wouldn’t recommend using it If you need a quick charge right away,. Right now, this drawer dresser is $179.99 minus the $30 off coupon. At that price, I think you’re getting an excellent dresser and I would honestly recommend it to everybody. You’ll be surprised at how sturdy this thing is.
Great, functional dresser
I wanted to downsize from my large wood dresser, and this was a great option. Assembly was easy and everything needed to put it together was included. Each drawer is lightweight and easy to use, and while it may not be as sturdy as solid wood, it has a nice textured fabric finish. The handles are smooth, comfortable, and easy to grab. One thing to note is that there is no designated spot for the LED strip. I found that the best option was to install it on the underside of the top shelf, facing downwards. The second option would be running the LED tape along the back of the top shelf, but that illuminates both the underside and the top side of the shelf. In terms of negatives, the wire for the LED switch is a bit too long, which makes it harder to neatly tuck away. Also, the narrow feet on the dresser mean it can have some movement on carpet if weight is placed against it, though they do include an anti-tip accessory to install on the wall. Lastly, the LED lights heat up fairly quickly.Likes:- Easy assembly with all parts included.- Lightweight and functional drawers.- Nice textured fabric finish on the drawers.- Smooth, comfortable, and easy-to-grip handles.Dislikes:- Long wire for LED switch is difficult to hide.- Some movement on carpet due to narrow feet.- LED lights heat up quickly.
The setup took a bit of time for the handy crew I hired, but it looked awesome once assembled. It was taller than I expected, which is perfect. I’m satisfied, and so is my son. It looks great in his room! The only downfall is the handles are flimsy and come out of their spots even when screwed in.
