Manques plusieurs pièces
Le lit semble bien, mais il manquait plusieurs boulons et écrous pour pouvoir le monter⦠jâai écris à la compagnie et jâespère recevoir des pièces de rechange, sinon le lit est inutilisable.Edit : Nous avons reçu les pièces manquantes et le lit est super pour nos besoins!
The holes for the legs on the headboard and footboard did not line up.
The quality of the bed looked good until I started with the first step of assembly. When trying to attach the legs to the headboard I found that the holes did not line up making it impossible to get the screws into the hole with the nut. I later found out that the same applied to the foot board. I tried contacting Lennox via their online portal about this issue, twice, and never received any feedback other than that they received my comment and not to send the bed back until I heard from them. I needed the bed sooner than later and had to elongate the holes to get the holes lined up and the bed put together. Needless to say I should have ignored the do not send the bed back until hearing from them and bought something different. The least that Lennox could have done was to contact me with a response and a solution with this issue.
Great toddler bed
Ordered this bed for our 15 month oldâ put it together in less than an hour. Everything went together very easily. Would definitely recommend!
