Great cameras and awesome price and amazing LIVE CHAT SUPPORT
TBH, I was skeptical about this product. Although got good reviews and I did watch YouTube videos, still… you just dont know. I got 4 for my house as I have an aging mom who lives with me so these cameras will help monitor during the day. Also have a few dogs in the house.Cameras quality – Sharp and clear.Install/ set up processes – EASY and Quick. one camera did take me 2x to set up/intall/ pairing. But the other 3 were easy and quick. I am not the most tech person at all.One thing I want to point out is the LIVE CHAT support… I did not think its gonna work or even there is a live agent… I wanted to know how to “share” to my wife. I asked the LIVE CHAT… and bam… in a few seconds… agent was on the chat with me and helped out out with my questions. WOW… I was so impressed.Great camera, great price, and great support!

I use this to check on my dogs when I go out for the evening once a week. It even picks up their movements of them shifting around in their kennels. It sends notifications to my phone and I can look at a still picture from the notification or go in and see live video. Great product. I recommend it.
Overall a great product
I purchased a set of these cameras to keep an eye on my 10 month old puppy while we were gone. He overall is very good at home when he is alone. Just sleeps and walks around. I just get very anxious not knowing if he is ok. Being able to just see him with these cameras has really helped with that anxiety.Iâll start by saying overall these cameras were a great buy and I definitely would consider purchasing more to get a more complete coverage of my apartment. Few pros and cons:Pro:- very easy to install, we had them set up in less then 10 minutes- app is easy to use, I like the feature to watch all streams at once and yet still control a single panel- the peace of mind knowing you can monitor your home and pets- you can take pictures on the monitor and videos which are saved to either the cloud or an SD card- picture is pretty clear, sound is okay too but I find it doesnât always work- you can also communicate through them, I donât know how well this works since we donât use this feature at all, we donât want our dog thinking we are home when we are notCons:- the camera does not pan down, if you have it ceiling or wall mounted you likely wouldnât need that feature but we have it sitting on dressers so itâs hard to get a full picture of whatever is going on under what it is sitting on- we had wanted to ceiling mount them as it gives a better picture but they have to stay plugged in unless you have extension cords going everywhere- they are an eye sore, they are decently sized and very obvious, doesnât bother me though- there should be an easier way to turn off the camera without having to unplug them, we only really need them when we are gone, feels weird to be recorded when I am chilling at home, there is an option to go into privacy mode through the app, from what I can find you have to do it to each individual camera at a time, and on top of that anyone else with the app can just turn them on at any moment. That makes me worry about potential data breaches. A physical off button would be nice- camera lens itself doesnât zoom but you can zoom in on your phone. Not the biggest deal but it makes picture quality lowAgain, overall I am happy with this product. The cons are all issues that I can be okay with. Definitely worth the price to me.
Surprisingly clear and functional with great night vision
Got this camera to monitor my dog at home. It is very clear and can hear good audio aswell. I like how you can move it around from the app. Very functional. Good purchase, good price!
Best piece of mind for pet parents!
My friend bought me a camera when I moved into my new home as he knows Iâm anxious about my cat when Iâm away from the home!! I initially thought it would be a horrible idea for me to watch helplessly while I was at work but Iâm OBSESSED. I check it ALL THE TIME when Iâm at work. I can monitor my cats well being so easily and where he is. I live up in the mountain and was away from my house and as my camera is adjacent to the window, it gave me also real time insight as to how much snow was accumulating. This camera has so many practical applications. Today my home lost power, and it made me realize how much I depend on it as I couldnât check on him for a couple of hours. I also feel safe for myself as I sleepwalk and can confirm when Iâve walked at night. I have almost full coverage of my house as Iâve bought an extra camera!Iâm not super tech savvy and setting these up was SOOO simple. And the customer experience is genuinely so good. Iâve had to reach out a couple times with questions Iâve had and the folks are always attentive, sharp and helpful.While one of the cameraâs inexplicably stopped panning left to right today, I have conscience that itâll get fixed or this company will take care of it…Couldnât be happier with this great product! I couldnât honestly imagine my life without them as I heavily depend on it while im at work to calm my anxious mind from things like âDid I turn the stove off?â⦠âYES! I can zoom in and see the there is no red light indicator.â to confirming that no one has been in my house to making sure my cat is well.
The company Litocom claims to have a lifetime guarantee on this little camera. But i haven’t owned it more than a week as i write this.My son-in-law spent $200+ for a comparable baby monitor camera, so i found $20 (summer 2024) hard to believe, but so far, it is an excellent device. The manual tracking servo works perfectly. i don’t know about the automatic tracking, babies don’t move that much. The motion detector notification is appropriate and effective. Night vision seems fine. Resolution really does appear to be 2k. It was easy to setup and uses the Smart321 website like a lot of other Chinese devices. It seemed to be such a good deal, i bought another for a different room & grandchild.As far as i can tell it uses about .2 amps at 5 volts most of the time (usb-A power cord and USB-C connector on the camera, so you don’t need much. i have had no disconnects from the wifi so far, although it’s only a 5′ from our router.It records video and takes pictures manually quite easily. The app is easy to use, with a lot of tools. the company spent a lot of time, labor and money developing this.The only problem i had so far was when it’s power got disconnected, the app on my iphone 15 did not readily reconnect the camera stream. i had to restart the app. It’s a very small problem.i recommend this camera and will come back to update if it has problems.
Easy to setup , good functionality and crisp images , the phone app to work the cameras is simple to navigate
Quality of image is very high in my opinion. If you pay for a monthly subscription for Cloud Storage, you won’t miss anything important. I paid £12.59 monthly for both cameras. It is very convenient as you don’t have to check on your home at all the times and you just access videos that your cameras recorded while you are away, thus you won’t miss anything. Otherwise you can just check your house or flat in the real time without paying for that subscription, but you will miss any other important events that occurred in you house while you were not checking on your cameras, it is up to you. The cameras got night vision, high quality as well, motion tracking and when you activate it, the camera will automatically turn whenever it detects a motion (it is very good for Cloud Storage). It alerts you as well when it detects something. You can also speak through. I found setting them quite easy, just follow the user manual. Overall very pleased and surprised with the quality and the options that these cameras got for the money that I paid. Real value for money.
Loved the product, got a set of 4 so we could keep an eye on the house and cats while on holiday.So comforting to see the cats in the favourites places safe and sound. Cameras were a breeze to set up, all work well at high quality with many options and settings. You can have them track moving objects they can track sounds and you can even have a 2 way conversation with them. Good night vision too.Highly recommended
I put in two doggie doors and wanted to know exactly what comes in through the doors. These cameras work perfectly. I can keep track of the dogs comings and goings and make sure nothing else is using it.They are very easy to install but make sure you have an SD card handy to install. They won’t work without one.
