This is the perfect winter/colder weather sleep sack. I think itâs like 1 or 1.5 tog so a little thicker but so soft and comfy. We put our daughter in a cotton onesie under it with the house on 68 degrees, and itâs perfect! She did get warm in it one cold night when we had her in fleece pajamas. I love the all around zipper for middle of the night diaper changes!
This is the only thing our baby will sleep in (from day 1) because she hates being swaddled. Itâs just warm enough when we keep our house between 69 and 71 degrees Fahrenheit and itâs really cute! Love that itâs organic so baby girl is sleeping in something thatâs safer and gentler on the baby body. I have noticed it has some strings from the batting that will slip out occasionally after washing, but will update with time.
I really liked these at first. They were super soft and perfect for babies but after one wash they started to shrink like crazy. Within a few washes it had shrunk so much. We had to eventually get another sack by another brand
I would only recommend this after 3 months or so, as it is rather large especially in the neck area which could be a suffocation risk
