Originally had the previous version but this one is way beyond impressive! The camera view is amazing and way clearer than the previous one.Easy to connect, no issues. Alarm works great and volume/microphone is good as well. Definitely would recommend

I’VE been using the camera since Nov 16, 2024. I bought it to monitor my elderly mum. Easy setup with Vico App. The motion detector sensor works really good, the only problem is that it generates a lot of alerts. Night vision is clear. I can speak remotely — have tested and it works. I don’t need to save images to the cloud as I use it only for monitoring and I delete the images. I’m thankful that i can continue to use it without being forced to take out a subscription to cloud storage I hope this does not change outside of my return date.

I have so many of longplus cameras it’s hard to keep track but they work amazing i have multiple on 3 separate properties with zero complaints so far.
My mother is 96 years old. She refuses to allow me to get her in-home help. So the ability to see what’s happening when I am not home is the next best thing. Great product at a great price! I wish I had bought this a long time ago.
