Unpleasant Odor
Out of the box:Two Foldable Storage Bins with separate bottoms.The sellerâs description and pictures are fairly accurate. Note: It does state the handles are leather. They could be artificial leather (I donât know).The first thing I noticed was a strong unpleasant odor coming from them. I am going to try to air one bin out (outside) and I have placed the other one in a plastic bag with a box of baking soda. I will update my review in about a week. Hopefully the odor will be gone.I found the handles to be a bit small. However, I have big hands and I did manage to get my fingers in. They are probably adequate for most people.I would not lift a bin if it contained heavy objects. I tested one by putting in stuff that had a combined weight of 20 pounds and lifted it. The handles and bottom held okay. However, as I use them, I will not be lifting the bins with heavy objects in them. I do not want to find what the breaking point might be.They are attractive with the white and grey colors, and the brown of the handles.They fold up easily for storage.I will be using one to store toilet paper in my bathroom closet. It holds 13-rolls. I have removed the toilet paper and placed the bin outside to air out (9-July-2023). I will update this review in about a week.I am giving 3-Stars at this stage. If the odor goes away, my rating will go up to 4 Stars. If the odor does not go away, my rating will drop to 2-Stars.I really hope it goes away because, overall, I do like these storage bins.Update July 27, 2023: I have moved my rating to 4 stars because most of the odor has gone away. Airing them out worked better than the baking soda.
Bad Smell
Firstly, the build quality of these boxes is exceptional. The cotton flax material feels sturdy and durable, ensuring that they will withstand regular use without losing their shape. When not in use, I can simply collapse the boxes and tuck them away neatly, saving precious space. The collapsible feature also makes them incredibly portable, allowing me to easily transport them from one room to another or even take them on a trip if needed.The inclusion of leather handles is a thoughtful touch. Not only do they provide a comfortable grip when carrying the boxes, but they also enhance the aesthetic appeal. The leather handles feel robust and well-attached, giving me confidence that they will hold up over time.The only downside of this product, it has a strong chemical smell out of box, I leave it at ventilated place for three days until the smell goes away. I would recommend manufacturer perform this process before packaging.
Handy, collapsible boxes with nice touches
These storage boxes have some very nice detail – they are two linen-textured fabrics, the bottom is a gray/taupe and you really see the texture of the weave (it looks a little dark in my photo, it’s truer to the product description pics in color); the top is an off-white, creamy color. They have done a nice job on the stitching, all the seams are even, straight and seem to be strong. Another very nice finishing touches is the brown leather handles, that just elevate its appearance a bit. The end result is that I don’t mind having these out in living areas, because they have give off a polished impression.The boxes are surprisingly sturdy given that they are collapsible. The sides and bottom are strong, and the bottom panel fits in just right. Because of the design and construction, they’re not at all wobbly. If I didn’t know what they were, just from looking at them, I’d probably guess they were plywood (they’re not) and not collapsible.They’re a good size, I’m going to use these as toy boxes to (attempt to) keep our family room tidy with a storage solution that has a bit of sophistication in the appearance.These boxes are a good size, can stash a lot of stuff in them.

These are great, loads of storage space and great for clearing away all the bumf that collects around the house. They are quite sturdy and hold a lot of stuff without collapsing. You could stuff in your hats, gloves and other winter stuff or anything else that you donât use all the time. We keep our Oculus Rift in one, when itâs not in use and lots of electronic stuff in the other – such as cables and chargers. Really, there are loads of uses that you could put these to: clothes, toys, towels, etc. They look good too; quite neutral, so there are lots of places that they will fit in with most decors.

Ces deux boîtes sont très bien, je m’en sers pour dégager mon entrée dans laquelle il y a toujours des trucs qui traînent mais je trouve l’idée de les mettre dans le coffre de la voiture plutôt bonne ! Elles sont jolies, semblent solides, j’étais contente de trouver la petite planche à mettre dans le fond pour que la boîte se tienne bien. Je trouve le prix correct pour les deux boîtes.Je recommande!
