Nice little game!
I have to admit it’s kind of difficult for me to justify 5 stars on any $40+ whack a mole game, but I have to admit this just manages to do it. The build quality is good, with mostly plastic but no flex throughout the body. using the hammer to hit the little light up.. moles? works well, and there isn’t any creaking plastic or bending I noted in the body or the moles. The fact that the hammer has a hollow silicone head also helps in reducing noise while still giving it enough structure to push the moles down. There are a few modes to use, including a music mode (which is just different songs and light sequences), and the actual whack a mole mode where you have to hit the moles that light up in sequence to get a high score in the time given. the speaker quality is actually pretty good considering it’s a plastic children’s toy, and is significantly better than the junky midi-style speakers you usually see but still worse than (any) dedicated speaker. The game also has a set of suction cups on the bottom to keep it from moving around, which work surprisingly well even on my mildly textured vinyl flooring.Overlal despite the price it’s actually a nice little game for kids, with good build quality and components. It’s not an amazing deal but it’s just good enough to earn 5 stars.
Good Quality Fun Toy for a Variety of Ages
This toy is quality designed with good firm plastic that is smooth on the edges and built to withstands the strikes that it takes. There are 4 good suction cups on the bottom on the toy that automatically stick to the surface you place the toy on, without any extra effort. This is great at keeping the toy in place as it would otherwise be moving all over as you hit it. The hammer is solid built with a soft flexible air filled rubber end. The toy does require 3 AA batteries, which are no included in the package.There were no instructions included with the toy so I had use the pictures on the box and the website to figure out some of the button purposes, which further confused me because the instructions on the website are wrong. But thankfully the ones on the box are correct â so if youâre trying to figure it out, follow the pictures on the box to find the pause button and switch mode buttons.For a small childâs they are simply going to be whacking at the toy and not actually know how to play the game. The toy plays music, but each time one of the moles is wacked the music also changes, so this means that you get a few beats of a song before it switches to the next song and it just becomes a noise maker â which most children find thrilling anyways. For those children who are a bit more patient with their whacking there is a good amount of songs that the toy plays. I do not really understand what it means when it says you can switch between three modes of childrenâs song, music or story â basically thereâs a variety of tunes on the toy and if youâre thinking story, as in someone telling a story, nope, just music.The actual Whack A Mole game has 7 different levels. When you choose to play the game at first one mole at a time will light up and the screen will show a number and you whack the mole you want to pick the level you would like to play. This means if you want to play level 7 you have to wait for all the moles to light up before you can pick that level, which is a bit tedious. I do find at times the lite up mole is not bright enough and it takes me a bit to find which one is lite, so itâs best to play this in a bit of a darker area or with a dark background so you can see more clearly. A well lite room makes it difficult to realize quick enough which one is lite up.This is a good quality toy with a variety of options, safe for a young child to bang away at and provides a challenge for older children to also play with it.

Great Whack a Mole toy!
So this toy is what I have been looking for to engage my toddler a bit more. Itâs very interactive and definitely great for kids.Pressing the carrot button puts it in a music mode, while the bunny rotates. You can also keep pressing the carrot button to switch the music being played.There is a hammer ð¨ button, which is the game mode. Clicking on it enters the game mode, while each ball would light up one after the other. One thing to note is that the initial light up of each ball is actually asking you to select the speed levels. Took me a while to figure that out..lolOverall this is a really fun and exciting music/game interactive toy.So to start hit the first ball which would indicate level 1 and the

This toy functions well, offering the kids enjoyment. The score screen could be larger for higher scores, a minor preference of mine. My three year-old son enjoys playing with it. It takes a pretty interesting toy to keep him engaged in this one does that. Overall, it’s a versatile interactive toy for a variety of age groups.
Ok, so I still love wack-a-mole, and I thought this would be great fun to get my granddaughter interested in smashing those pesky little moles. I was right!!!My one-year-old granddaughter took to this toy immediately and loved smashing the little creatures. It has lights, sounds, spinning things. At first, she just sat there staring with the sounds and spinning bunny, but after showing her she could hit the creatures and other sounds and action happened she was off and running.The toy seems very durable especially since a toddler is intended to sit and bang on it with the included hammer. It has also taken being knocked across the floor very well.Ensure you have three double AA batteries so it can be played with immediately.
I gifted this to a friend whose child just turned 3. He loves his new birthday toy. He adores taking his mallet and just banging at those animals. The mallet is soft and the lights and score make it fun for everyone.
