Very convenient and effective!
Great product. works well, re-freezes quickly. Very comfortable and effective. I like the fact it has a textured side and can use it without a shirt. Has been very helpful in recovering from an injury.
Simple packs, useful. NOT the “click” type
Handy to use, warm up in microwave. Be careful – their small size means they heat up quickly. 15 Seconds is hot. Good for putting in mittens in winter or keeping small things warm/cold.
Great product
I purchased these for my kids lunchboxes and they do the job well enough! Of course they won’t stay frozen for 4 hrs but it still helps keep their lunches cool if need be. I could see these being really useful for first aid or breastfeeding as they are nice and squishy, even when frozen. Highly recommend.
Good value.
I purchased these because I’m on my second round of antibiotics for a stubborn sinus infection that is causing a great deal of pain, not just on my face but my neck as well. I love that one side has fabric so that there is less chance of causing discomfort from overheated gel packs. When the pack starts to cool down a bit I can turn it over to the plastic side and it’s just the right temperature. I keep them on my eyes by sliding them under my sleep mask. Happy with the product and will likely look at others from this company.
Not great for what i wanted them for
Got these to put over my eyes to try to depuff them. I liked the fact they had material on the back. I hate having the plastic on my skin. I pictured i could lie down and put them on my eyelids similar you would with cucumbers but they are too big, have no grip, and arent cold enough to work unless you push them down. I didn’t like having to lie there with my hands holding them over my lids. Not very relaxing. I didnt find it cold enough either unless i was pushing down. Just not ideal for what I wanted them for and I can’t imagine these being better than a regular ice pack for general injuries so im returning them.

Perfect for small areas – such as side of my face after having tooth extracted. I don’t put in freezer but keep in fridge and they are cold enough. I tried one warmed and it was good too. Great idea. I have already given one box away and may buy more as gifts!
Perfect size!
After returning from gardening in the summer, I use one of these gel packs behind my neck and one between my breasts, one on my eye, (I’m allergic to grass), for instant cooling down. They get warmed up pretty quickly, so I rotate them from the freezer which is ready to be used.I wouldn’t dare put them in the microwave.

Purchased these before dental surgery. Theyâre the perfect size & love that it comes with 6 of them so you can constantly rotate. Stays cold & comfortable to put against your face.
Newly postpartum and I bought these to help ease the discomfort of the breast engorgement that comes when my milk comes in. Theyâve been working great! Theyâre perfect size to stick in my bra and since theyâre gel, they donât freeze solid, so theyâre super comfortable
warm them up for a bit and the heat will last you a decent amount of time (about 2 hours or so). they do get dirty pretty easy so its convenient that they pack multiple ones in a pack but if you need many of them at a time you should purchase a few backups since they do tend to get dirty with clothing fibers and such on the backing.
Bought these for my husband. He had a vasectomy and these were perfect for his “stuff!” They are small enough to slip right in the whitey tighties and are fabric covered on one side so they didn’t freeze him out! Kept the swelling down! I’m sure they would have other excellent uses as well!! Lol!
I bought these in Januray 2020 and it is now July 2024 as I write this review. We use them all the time and my preschooler has yet to break them. She has broken several other ice packs but these Lotfancy ones have held up. The felt backs are getting kind of worn so I bet I’ll need to replace them soon but it’s impressive that they’ve held up for over 4 years now. At the time I purchased these they were $8.98 so for them to have lasted this long is a great value in my opinion.
