Fit perfectly
Great alternative for the brand product.
Flimsy bit of plastic in the centre under the tray breaks off easily when youâre taking it off the Stokke. Works well but be careful because once that tiny bit breaks off the whole tray is useless. Not worth the shipping I paid to Australia unfortunately
It drove me nuts that the Stokke tray was slightly textured and nothing would suction to it. This replacement fit the Tripp Trapp chair and provides a strong suction surface! Highly recommend as it is more functional and significantly cheaper than the OM. My only two notes where I see a difference: 1. the latch is a little sticky to un-latch for removal, nothing that bothers me since I don’t plan to take the tray on/off frequently and the overall fit was great. 2. The plastic overall is a little weaker than Stokke, where if I really rest my elbows on the edge it gives a slight flex. Neither difference I think is substantial, just giving my honest review. I also purchased this same brand’s clip-on smooth cover for the Stokke tray which was also phenomenal to give a suction-able surface. In my opinion, this replacement tray for $28 is the way to go over the Stokke tray ($70) + cover ($25) combo. But if you can’t return the Stokke tray, then this brand’s clip-on cover is a great option!
Was an easy buy!! Worth not spending $45 more for the Tripp trapp one! Super sturdy and wipes down easy!
Overall, I’m happy with this tray. It clips tightly into my child’s high-chair with no problems and is pretty sturdy. My only complaint (and why it doesn’t get 5 stars from me) is that it clips on too tight. When I wanted to remove it to clean it, it wouldn’t come off. I eventually pulled on it too hard and broke a small plastic piece underneath it. The tray still works, still clips on, and in fact, I’d argue that it functions better now because I can more easily remove it, but it would have been night if, A) it would come off more easily right from the start, and B) the way to remove it was more intuitive.
I like it, it works well but I canât get it off the highchair easily. We just leave it on there as a work-around.
