What a great little machine. It’s size is perfect, fits anywhere and everywhere. Simple to set up and use. Great volume and sound and lots of sound options (with a variety of frequencies). Amazing!
Volume is excellent, good value
OK whatever the earlier reviews were about with “low” volume must have been fixed because this thing is awesome and definitely loud enough.There are many different frequencies of white noise, an electric fan, a ceiling fan, shoes tumbling in a dryer or something?, heavy rain, a babbling brook or two, intermittent waves, waves with rain, birds chirping (meditation anyone?), and I guess the train setting is for a city dweller who is creeped out living somewhere really quiet and they need some traffic/train noise to help them sleep ? lolMy favourite is the heavy rain.I bought one for a downstairs tenant, but liked it so much I am buying one for me and one for my daughter.
Okay for price
This white noise machine works really well and helps me sleep better at night. The sound options are great, but I wish the volume could go a bit louder. Itâs easy to use, and the compact size makes it perfect for travel. The build quality feels a little cheap, but itâs been working fine so far. Overall, very happy with it, just a few small things to improve.
NO MORE ITCHING INSIDE THE EARS!
I have used earplugs for many years and started to itch inside my ears due to allergies to them.I decided to buy this little noise maker to see if it would work for outside noise so I could ditchthe earplugs. Bingo! It did.I had a bit of difficulty sleeping the first night since I was using the earplugs to block noise and nowI am using noise to block noise(go figure). The second night was much better and now that I amused to it, no more earplugs, hurray! If you think itâs NOT LOUD ENOUGH, do like I did â I got anextension cord and plugged it in and put right behind my pillow. This machine is great; it is small andsturdy and I can adjust the volume to my liking. Good purchase.

Ever since I moved in with my husband over a decade ago we have slept with fan on full blast to help keep cool and to drown out noise. Recently, that fan said “I’m tired boss'” and blew it’s last breeze. After that we were using a Google hub to play fan sounds overnight but those sounds are a 1 hour recording which loops. At the end of the hour loop the sound fades out and then starts again, and it would scare the crap out of me if I was in a light sleep when it happened. So I order this and I am soo not disappointed!! It has like 15 or so different sounds (all sampled in the video), no or very discrete lights (depending on the setting), timers, and it’s small!! Which means I am NEVER going away overnight without it! I’m sure my family will appreciate not having to dig out a fan for me everytime I visit! My only criticism is that it could be louder, but I don’t think most people would share that sentiment (I would use the Google hub on volume 9 for sleeping lol)
Best sound machine
This sound machine has improved mine and my partners sleep so much. The cord is long enough that I plug it into my bedside table and it’s small enough we put it between our pillows on the bed. I snore off and on and now my partner can’t hear me at all and it blocks out lots of neighborhood noise too. We have both been sleeping later on days off because of it.there are no lights on it, it runs all night no problem and is the perfect size. we have it programmed to fan #3 and the volume options are great. Highly recommend

Out of 20(?) natural sounds, I find 3 – 4 usable. Aided with sleep the first night but not the second.
Well made and easy to use. Good speaker, not all great sounds.
The frequency response on the speaker was better than I expected. Does not have the tinny quality some other similar devices have. Unit is well made and feels solid. Buttons are consistent and well laid out although small and not easy to read. I studied it, memorized the functions I needed and use it from memory.A variety of sounds but I found the only useful ones were the noise and fan choices. The nature sounds were a little too eventful and distracting which prevented me from sleeping. The drone like quality of the noise and fan selections was what I needed and there is a good variety of those with various frequencies represented. The speaker is able to play quite loud and has a decent frequency response. I use the always on mode so it doesnât stop during the night. One quick press to turn it on and one long press to silence it in the morning. Almost perfect and nice and compact.
I have had tinnitus since I was young. The ringing is too loud when I am trying to go to sleep at night where it is quiet. I would try a radio or a fan. I had a clock radio that had sounds and when it stopped working I was back to having a hard time getting to sleep. This device is small and it works for me. It does not bother the wife so it is a win win. With all the different sound to choose from you can find the right one for you. Various volume helps a lot. Another nice thing is you can take it with you on trips. So get one.
I love the sound machine. It is a lifesaver and travels well. I use it when I travel. It helps dampen all the sounds in the background. I also have one for the house and both travel bags
Con acabado sencillos pero de calidad, práctico y portatilTiene timer, más en mi caso es muy poco tiempo y si se apaga a media noche me despierto, yo solo lo dejo sin timer y lo apagó al sonar mi despertadorUna buena solución para los que estamos acostumbrados al ruido de ventilador o clima y que en tiempo de invierno no podemos prenderlo
Uso para ajudar a dormir
A lot of different sounds in this small box the one I use is the seashore the sound of lapping waves have me sleeping in no time. Only thing I found strange is the one sound which is the sound of a train don’t know about anybody else but the sound of a train won’t have me nodding off but I would recommend.
