Terrible product
If I could return I would but I past the window. Bought it for a gift for my daughter. Opened it up, set it up, horrible quality. One of the worst couch/chairs I’ve seen.DO NOT BUY!!!
Not as full and firm as it appears
Daughter loves it but it’s not as good as I hoped it would be . The arms and back is very flimsy and not as thick as I had hoped. Colors are pretty though.

Doesnât really take shape
Kind of expensive for something that doesnât hold shape, the arms and the back never came up properly. The cover just sits wrinkled. I tried taking it off and fixing it but to no avail. She still loves it just a little disappointed.

My daughter loves the couch. She loves rolling on it and she can put it back to couch mode itself.
Doesn’t puff up
Comes packaged so tightly that it is dilapidated and will not shape up properly. Very disappointing. Debating on whether or not to return it. For the price, it’s really not worth it.
It’s been near 4 days and the foam has not expanded all the way. For amount we paid, I expected better quality or at least for it to fully expand out. I would not recommend buying this product for that one reason. The material is flawless. Only problem is the foam expanding.
