Exactly as expected
Was skeptical it would expand fully when I saw it in the packaging as it was compressed so thinly but it did within a few hours. No smell upon opening. Left it for at least 24 hours to be safe before using and it’s been great so far. I was using just another 3 inch mattress topper as my bed for the last year as I prefer the support you get with a thin mattress (can’t stand sinking into a thick mattress) but after a year of use it lost some of its spring so I got this to supplement it. Super comfy now, like sleeping on a cloud. It would for sure be great on a regular mattress too if that’s your thing. Saw another review saying it’s not real memory foam but it seems to be to me, holds the shape of whatever you press into it for several seconds anyway. It also comes with a little tool to get the plastic covering off safely which I thought was awesome, shows the company actually cares. Overall good price and good quality in my opinion, would buy again.

Fine and squishy
Nice and thick but a bit hard to get out of bed due to thickness.Left it open, as instructed for the suggested time, and it had a very obvious ridge from being unfolded. It’s come down but not 100% and it’s been about 2 weeks. Can’t return it as it’s all puffed up and too hard to manage now so will just deal with it. Nice topper, all in all.

Really lush and comfortable
I have an icomfort mattress which i love. Unfortunately my hips are killing me when i try to lie on my side. I was interested in the dormeo topper but it was 500.00. If i was going to spend that i was buying a new mattress. I ordered this one.i am actually really happy with it. The only draw back is i now need a stool to get into bed. Lol.i would recommend it. Going to buy more for the futons at the lake

Never completely expanded and very hard to return.
Bought the mattress just before Christmas. Let mattress fill out as per the instructions. On the third day put the mattress on our bed even though there was a large line through the centre, thinking the line would eventually come out. The line is still there making it uncomfortable to sleep on so we decided to flip the mattress so the line was down and we discovered a rip in the mattress. I want to return in and I find out I have to bring it to Canada Post or Purolator . How exactly am I supposed to pack this up ? Once the mattress is unpacked it would be very hard to repackage the mattress so no further damage occurs, unless they want it rolled up put plastic on it and have Purolator pick it up? There is a reason we had it delivered.Other than the line the rip the mattress is very firm and well made.
