3rd Generation Genuine Maymom bottle size changer includes an anti-leaking & anti slip o-ring; designed to avoid leaking when a mother bent over during pumping, reduced chance for a unscrewed bottle, no interfering with the duckbill, and easier screw on to both the widemouth flanges and the standard-sized bottles
Compatible with Avent and Spectra S1 and Spectra S2 flanges to use with standard sized bottles like medela bottles, ameda bottles and original Dr. Brown Bottles (note will not fit wide mouth Dr. brown bottle) to replace the wide mouth spectra bottles.
We recommend that you use a bottle-stand (such as ASIN B00PRPLRYQ) as well to reduce the tipping-over of the bottle.

No leaks, stable fit
Fits Medela bottles to original Spectra flanges and Maymom flanges for Spectra. Bottle fits well and does not come loose yet still easy to assemble/disassemble for washing. Safe in sterilizer. Would purchase again if I needed, but since it comes with 4, I probably won’t need to.

Could use my medala bottles on spectra pump!
I use the Spectra breast pump that fits only wide necked bottles. I use the Medela storage bottles as I love the tray they came with and the tops that can change day and time. One problem. The Medela bottles are small necked so I can’t pump directly into them. Consequence? I have double the bottles to wash at the end of the day. That adds up after a day of pumping and takes a lot of my valuable time and drying space away at the end of the day.Solution? These beautiful things! They screw into the flange and any small neck bottle can be screwed into it. I have experienced no leaks pumping into Medela bottles and Dr. Brown’s bottles. I have used them with and without the purple O-Ring seal (one of them was lost to the drain while washing…oops!) I experienced no difference with or without the O-Ring so the original product that comes without it is just as good.It is easy to clean and has saved me a lot of time and bottle washing. This is truly a genius product in my opinion and I highly recommend it!
