Update: they broke
Update: as predicted, the shelves werenât strong. We barely had anything on them and they ALL broke in no time. Not even a pound (we weighed them!) of books pulled them down.Ornaments of about 1/2 a pound broke another. So disappointed.Much lighter than I expected. Though the shelves are super cute and installation was straightforward, I kind of question their durability because they are SO lightweight. That said, admittedly, the Mazjoaru Nursery Book Shelves for Wall (Set of 3) are perfect for a few little paperbacks. I opted not to hang clothing on the bottom rack as they do in the ad because I didnât want to break the wood by adding more weight with wooden hangers, so instead I added my daughtersâ headbands and hair ties. Still super cute. At just under $57 CAD (Sept 2024) Iâd say itâs worth it for a cute little set of 3 shelves.
Beautiful, soft pink shelves
These shelves are so beautiful for a child’s room! Lovely soft pink shade, and one of the set of the three has a dowel for hanging at the bottom. Assembly was straightforward (and a good, illustrated instruction). They are made of sturdy wood, and the hardware is top-notch. Once assembled, they are really solid and easy to hang. Such a great addition to a room!

These were pretty easy to put together. They do feel a little cheap but they look great! We haven’t gotten them up yet because of moving but they are a nice color. I do like them and would recommend them as of now.

But you get what you pay for! These are definitely very cheaply made/cheap quality. But they are still very cute for what I needed. Adorable for my baby girl’s nursery. Definitely don’t try to put much weight on these!
I noticed scratches and dents in several areas, which was really frustrating for something brand new. The material itself feels flimsy and cheap, definitely not sturdy enough to hold much weight. For the price, I expected much better quality. Overall, I wouldnât recommend theseâsave your money and invest in something more durable.
