Very simple & straightforward recipes.For anyone watching their weight I would caution the calorie count quoted is usually under considerably ( I record the recipes in a fitness app) however the portions (usually for 2) are huge so IΓ’ΒΒve split into 3. I then freeze the other 2 portions.It really is a great starting place.
