Product arrived and batteries were placed in it immediately. The sound board did not work. Batteries replaced again. Upon inspection, the actual board was twisted and sometimes sound would come out if pressure was placed on the entire puzzle. very disappointed in this purchase that it did not work.

Item is good, but would prefer something I could use with my toddler not necessarily in a well lit space. Also randomly turns on itself at night. Good idea, not great end product. Maybe different if bought in store.
This is a great puzzle. I’ve purchased it 3 times in the last 15 years. Not because I needed to replace it, but because I always thought I was done having kids andvgave it away when my child grew out of it. Melissa and Doug toys are made to last. Some of them could even be heirloom quality. It does make animal noises when you shut off a light. My toddler laughs every time. She loves farm animals and this puzzle is perfect. It helps teach farm animal noises and is educational.
