LOVE this busy book for babies!
Bought this busy book for a busy 9 month old going on first vacation. It has fun, interactive activities to keep baby busy including two finger puppets (bee and butterfly) and one hand puppet (bear). The best part is that the whole thing is washable! Price is better than other busy books and Melissa & Doug always produces a quality product.
Great idea – lots of fun activities for babies
Lots of ways to keep baby busy in this book. I ân love that it is soft and washable. As my 7 month old is teething I wanted something safe for her to put in her mouth and from a reputable company. Some of the other busy boards on Amazon appeared to be geared towards older toddlers and had potential choking hazards, or other concerns. My daughter really loves the zipper and finger puppets.
Amazing toy! I definitely recommend
This is one of the best kids toys Iâve ever bought you can easily give it to a newborn just to look at the colours and adapt the play to older children as well. It comes with a lot of activities like zipping a zipper or buckling a buckle it also comes with two finger puppets and a hand puppet. I actually bought it for my nine month old but my almost 3-year-old daughter loved the finger puppets and hand puppet as well. The quality is really good and she was just asking me for finger puppets the other day and I couldnât find any at the store that were decent quality so now she can even play with it. Overall Iâm really happy with my purchase and I can see my son playing with this toy in one way or another for at least another two years which is really rare for a toy.
Fun for the plane ride
Neat little book, brought it on our first airplane trip at 12m. He still plays with it now, it keeps him busy, he loves the finger/hand puppets.
Sturdy, machine washable and easy to carry.
This book is great for children to learn their fine motor skills, and skills for daily life such as buttoning, zips and Velcro. Itâs very well made, machine washable and compact enough to take out. My son loves it, it will keep him entertained for a long time and is educational and fun.
I had high hopes
I wanted to buy my toddler an activity book and I love Melissa and Doug toys. This was not it, though. It’s kind of boring. My kid loves taking out finger puppets and doesn’t look at the book again. I’m disappointed because I feel like it’s overpriced for what it is.

Every baby/toddler loves this toy. It is well-made which means it is safeâno need to hover over baby every minute of play.It is lightâeasy to take along to the grocery store, bus ride, doctorâs visit and visit with friends. It is not a noisy toy, so people around you wonât be irritated by your childâonly happy to see a happy, engaged little person.

Great activity book keeps my son entertained when we go to restaurants or even just him being at home or in his car seat. I like how there’s removable finger puppets to interact with your child. I also like how the one page has the item attached so that you can’t lose the balloons. I think any baby/toddler would love this book.
