Cute gift
This was a cute gift for my little one! I personally love the taco idea and the different materials/textures but baby canât seem to be bothered for too long. As always, Melissa and Doug create a cute, good quality toy.
This is a bit of a different review, given that I bought this as a fidget/stim toy for myself rather than as a child’s sensory toy. If you’re a neurodivergent adult who likes cute things, then the baby sensory toy section is a good place to look for stim toys sometimes. I love this product, as it has so many different textures! I’m also extremely happy with the quality; the stitching is all very neat and perfect, and the quality of the materials is much better than I expected. There’s also so much attention to detail, like the designs on the plastic pieces, and the prints on the fabric. I also love that all the fillings fit inside the taco shell almost like a little carrying bag, so it’s nice and neat. The design and all the details are adorable, and I this is a stim toy I use all the time. I’m not the target consumer, but I really love this product for what I use it for. Would recommend!

I purchased for my nephew who is due to arrive at the end of Feb. My husband and son are both managers at a popular Mexican fast food restaurant, so this is the perfect toy for the baby to remember his uncle and cousin love him! The âtaco shellâ is made out of fabric, but it has something supporting it so it doesnât collapse on itself. It stands on its own to allow the baby to stuff all the ingredients inside. There are multiple ingredients that are made out of several different materials for variety, and exploration of different textures. A few plastic ingredients are attached by a ribbon, and Iâm sure they will provide a good teether when that time comes! Along with different textures, colors, and materials are sounds. Inside some of the accessories are different materials that crinkle, and make noise when played with. Overall this toy has multiple learning components for a baby, and has enough variety to keep the baby from getting bored too quickly. Melissa and Doug toys are usually good quality, and this looks no different. Iâm looking forward to playtime with my nephew after he makes his entrance in to the world, and I am certain this toy will provide many chances for giggles and fun.
