Package great for storing unused patches and Eco-friendly. Patches are stretchable and menthol smell is acceptable. Does not stick on skin as much therefore had to wear a wristband over it. Healed my back overnight. The Hot and cold sensation is acceptable. Felt more of the cold sensation and barely no heat sensation, I guess it depends of the type pain relief or healing process needed. A little pricey but overall I’m a happy customer.
