Great for trips
My 7 year old loved this kit. Great for on plane trips or in the car.
Was the biggest hit with the young lad I got this for
He loves spy things and enjoyed it that day at least
Great concept, story could have been better.
My kids enjoyed using the lens to find/decode messages, but the story isn’t great. *Spoiler alert* It turns out there was no thief. They liked the mystery aspect and that was kind of a let down.
Awesome!
These âdetectiveâ books are so great! I wish theyâd make more varieties of them. On long road trips kids get sick of doing the regular activity books and these are cool and different!
Entertaining!
Bought it for a roadtrip for my 8yr old. He really enjoyed it and it kept him entertained for a while.
Loved it
My seven year old loved this. The only downside is there isnât more of them to buy
Great
Love it fun for the kids
They enjoyed it.
Was a great pass time for grandkids.
Nice idea
My son is 9. He will turn 10 in two weeks. We sat together and worked on this. He loves mysteries, riddles, coded messages, and detective work. He is old enough that he did not need my help, but it was just sweet cuddle time together. Truth be told, it was fairly simple for him. However, he was still entertained by this activity, and it took him several minutes to get through it. A win for our family!
My 5 year old used this on a recent traveling trip and absolutely loved it. I did have to help her with the reading parts but she had so much fun with it. I added it to her special travel activity bag that I pack for her whenever we travel. I fill it with unseen and surprise trinkets (Its called “Airplane Travel Activities” on my blog). I give them the bag right before we get to the airplane and this fit perfectly in the bag.
It is a fun activity for travel that a child can do independently. It kept my daughter busy for half hour during a car trip.
I got this to keep my 3 1/2 year old quietly entertained while sitting during a Bible discourse. It worked for the most part! He liked the spy glass and marker (tho he made a mess with the marker). The spy glass is made of sturdy enough cardboard. Tho he had fun with it and could look for a hidden shell on each page with the spy glass, some of the activities would be better suited for slightly older when he can read the storyline thru the activities.
