It definitely helps with getting additional fiber to fix you up if you are blocked up. BUT, it may make you a bit gassy until you get that final relief.

This product did not melt and it tastes gross!The picture you see is the powder in water after 24h, still no sign of dissolving. It’s created rock like chunks and it isn’t budging.I do not recommend.Very expensive for it not to be as described.
Absolutely love it – wish it was cheaper
Improved digestion, tastes good in almond milk smoothie (I didn’t try with anything else), doesn’t cause me bloating, gas, heartburn or burps like other brands. If you are considering it, give it a try and see how it works for you – it seems like different people react differently to prebiotics, myself included. Tried a few other brands, couldn’t tolerate the other ones but this one works for me.
