Fait de beaux muffins. Facile à décoller et à nettoyer. Compact et rentre dans mon four de comptoir. Comme c’est en silicone, c’est moins stable mais je l’utilise dans mon petit four donc ça va bien. Sinon, déposer sur une plaque à pâtisserie. J’aurais aimé trouvé un moule qui fait des chapeaux (ou capuchons) mais je n’en trouve pas. Je le conseille.

I made pecan tassies for the holidays. I always struggled with a mini muffin pan. It was so easy to get them out of this pan. They cooked evenly.And it’s even easier to clean up.I will never go back to a metal pan again. Great product. Well made not flimsy.
Do you know what silicone is? So why do you send metal..waste of time and money.
I saw my daughter using silicone muffin pans. She simply turns the pan upside down over her counter and pushes the warm muffins out. They come out easily and in one piece, with no oil added. The muffins do not stick to the silicone. So I immediately ordered some for myself, and am happy with the Vnray product. One caveat: it is best to place the baking pan onto a firm cookie sheet, so that you can put it into the oven and take it out, because it is floppy. Vnray also tells you that, inside their package. They want their customers to be successful.
Robust tray that is easy to hold without flopping and spilling the contents. Good non-stick property.
I really like how easy this is to clean and maintain. Because it is a tad flimsy (silicone, after all), I place it on a small flat backing sheet and that issue is resolved. The finished goods are easy to remove and everything is uniform. Definitely worth getting! I will order one more so I can cook 24 at a time, though 😉
