Nice to travel with
I was on the fence because of the price but with the amount of travel we had coming up we wanted to get something that actually worked to keep the light out and keep the baby sleeping! It is easy enough to set up, just like a camping tent with crisscrossed poles, and fits perfectly over a playpen. We were able to feed our monitor cord under the tent and used the pocket on the top for our sound machine based on where the outlets were in the room. I like how it domes over the playpen to make for easy putting down and picking up baby.
Does exactly what it needs too!
Easy to set up, great quality! Does exactly what it needs too. We use it at our cottage as we share a room with our baby right now. Definitely black out and I would for sure take this travelling. I do use a stroller fan inside on hot days just to make sure there is enough air movement. Didn’t realize that the company is from my city so that was just a bonus supporting local! I canât compare it to the slumber pod but I canât see why you would need to spend the additional 50-100 dollars for that when you can get this one! Wish it was a bit cheaper but worth the money in the end!
Fantastic!
My baby actually ended up sleeping an hour longer than usual in her tent! It was super easy to set up and tear down, I was able to do it on my own. It allowed us to visit in our room while she slept soundly in the same room. The material was soft, thick and stretchy. You can feel the quality. It was a great purchase, we will use it so much!

This is such an amazing productâ¦. We have brought it to 8 countries and it is so small and compact that it fits in our carry on or stroller bag!! It has really helped our now 2 year old to nap and sleep in any environment!!! It is full blackout so naps are a breeze!!!! It is great when you are in a hotel and have to share a room with your little one. Love the camera pouch and that is has fit over every portable crib/ pack n play that we have encountered on our journeys!!! Their customer service is unmatched and I cAn truly say that we will be getting another one for our little on the way!!
Such a great dupe for the slumberpod
Have used this camping and at grandparent’s houses and has helped our little guy sleep so much better in new spaces! Initially does smell weird but if that bothers you, air it out for a few days and I find we barely notice it now. It’s completely black out and safe to go on top of the play pen of my almost 2yo. It seems a bit excessive to use a literal tent to get yourself to sleep but it’s seriously so worth it. Highly recommend.
Worth every penny
We spent 2 weeks sharing a room with our toddler. This fit perfectly over a pack and play and even managed to fit over a hotel crib – although it didn’t reach the floor over the crib but that was no big deal as it still did what it was supposed to do. We were able to hang out in our room with lights on while our little one slept soundly. Plenty of ventilation so no concerns there. Love the extra little pockets for a monitor and a fan if necessary. Overall would recommend to anyone!
Smells terrible
I wish I could give 0 stars ..This product smells absolutely terrible.. I have been airing it for over a month now and the smell is still there. I even left it outside in fresh air.. it even rained in it and it still smells terrible.. I really needed a blackout tent and paid over $220 for this but itâs absolutely garbage and I canât even return it now because itâs over 30 days.. donât buy this.. move on .
great cheap alternative
We have used this for multiple trips in hotel rooms and Airbnbs when we are away from home. There is a strong smell when you first take it out of the box which needs to be aired out. However, once it airs out there are no issues. A couple of great features are the pocket for the baby camera, the ability to open some vents for air circulation, and it really is blackout. After getting past the scary part of being zipped up in there, our kiddo loves to sleep in it with the Graco pack and play. Highly recommend this if you are travelling and need to create blackout conditions to help your child sleeps well.
