This bra top is ideal for yoga and light exercise postpartum! Itâs supportive without being compressive or restrictive. The quality is great, too! I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like the fit of this on my postpartum body.

This bra is extremely comfortable and I wanted to love it because the fit is good, the fabric is buttery soft and I live for the longline style. However I did not realize from the pictures that you have to pull the whole strap down over you shoulder to breastfeed. If I have on a shirt or jacket, which I would almost all the time, that would make the breastfeeding feature unusable. I will be returning and looking for a nursing bra with better/easier access.
Doesnât work if you have a sweater or shirt over this bra- too hard to pull down. It was also not tight enough for me.
I wanted to love this top so badly. But the straps aren’t adjustable and they don’t stay up.
