What is Colostrum? – In the pregnancy around 33-37 weeks and within 3-5 days after delivery, the mother will shed a few drops or small colostrum. It’s rich in nutrients, high in protein. Newborns easily absorb it and plays a vital role in the baby’s early growth.

Easy to Clean & Care – Please boil it in water for 2-3 minutes to clean after use, use a included cleaning brush to clean without dead corners. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Please discard any remaining colostrum in the container after each feeding to keep it fresh and quality.

I really love this product. Each container comes sealed and sterilized, so no additional steps before using them. The options of suction and as a bottle collector when removing the lid are great for newbies like me, so I can decide what is easier for me each time I manually express my colostrum, according to the quantity I can get from each express. Nice package, very aesthetic, and amazing quality. They can be easily stored and also reused.
Crying over spilt milk
While the packaging is great – arriving sterilized and having the ability to reuse these – the âway 1â to collect colostrum using the nip top is a sure fire way to squirt milk back up and spill your liquid gold everywhere ð it doesnât function like a syringe and if you have over a ml of colostrum collected, it can easily shoot back out the tip rather than suctioning up the colostrum you were trying to collect. However, âway 2â or simply opening the silicon lid and collecting drops that way is very comfortable and easy to do. Since the edge is a soft silicon itâs a lot more comfortable than hosing a plastic medicine cup to collect colostrum from yourself. Absolutely buy it, if youâre thinking itâd be helpful, just donât try to use the tip to suction up droplets as itâs not effective
Happy with the quality!
These came in very quickly. Unfortunately, we were not able to use them because of the whole early labor thing, but what I can say is that they look very high quality, and each collector is individually wrapped, saying that they are pre-sterilized. We are keeping them to use to administer medicine in the future since there’s a nice way to show how much in mL is in each tube.
Great Collection Tool
I had to collect some colostrum before birth and this kit was a life saver. Makes the job that much easier 🙂
Useful for the first few days
This product came in really handy for a couple of days. they are meant for colustrum but we used them to complement breastfeeding with a little formula. The hospital staff were using little cups but we did not like this method at all. I tried to administer the formula with these things and never went back to the cups after. they only hold 5ml so they didn’t last long but it was still worth the purchase.5 star on the product but also 5 stars to the company. we have other Momcozy poducts and had to deal with them on a separate occasion and it was a great experience.
Did not do the job
I really wanted to collect colostrum before baby arrived and bought this to try. I wasn’t able to get anything at all using this. Hand expressing worked much better than this. I would not buy this it’s a waste of money
Very useful
This colostrum collector is a great product for planning ahead! Iâm not using it yet, but Iâm preparing to collect colostrum when I reach the right weeks in my third trimester. The design is simple and easy to use, and it seems like itâll make the process much more convenient.The only reason Iâm giving it 4 stars is that itâs a bit pricey for such a small item, but overall it feels like a helpful tool for postpartum prep.
