The shape toy was missing the X
We opened this today for my daughter’s birthday (bought last months and has been sitting in the box since) and the “X” is completely missing which now makes that part pretty useless to us. For a kid who was very happy to open this, disappointment quickly followed.
I love this product for my 12-year-old daughter with autism and developmental disabilities! One of the first things she did was chew on the xylophone hammer and the little wooden tool that you rub across the wood but as hard as she tried, all she did was make dents in the wood. A couple of weeks after we mounted it, though, she did pull one of those tools completely out and thereâs no way to get it back in, but sheâs just going to chew it up anyway. Other than that issue, this is well-made and brilliant! I would definitely recommend this, especially to people who have children who are not as big as mine with as strong of teeth! Itâs cute and it mounted without any problems.
Itâs really entertain the kids , works wee no noise very cute sensory items .
Our alligator sensory board, has two main issues: the screws are falling out of the xylophone creating a choking hazard and the strings on the board had to be cut off as it is was getting wrapped about children’s wrist during play.
This is not only great for sensory, but all children love playing with this. All the kids in the daycare play with this!!!
The shapes come off the string if the toddler pulls. You can put them back but it is a pain and it comes off easily. The paint on the pieces comes off if the kids put them in their mouth. Other than that it all looks and works like advertised.
