very good for eczema
We have tried everything for my daughter. This works. I use to import it from Australia and then from the USA. I am happy Amazon Canada now has it so readily available.
Broken and caused a rash
Very disappointed, not only was the cap broken upon arrival, so it cannot be sealed, but it also have my son a new, itchy rash on top of his existing eczema. This was touted as being a magic eczema cure and instead made everything worse.

I really like this cream! It doesn’t make your skin feel oily, and it has a lightweight texture. The scent is somewhat unusual (reminds me a bit of playdough), but it’s not a dealbreaker. It seems to provide quick relief for dry, itchy, and tight skin, and the effects last quite a while.This moisturizer has its pros and cons. On the positive side, it’s non-greasy, easy to spread, and suitable for sensitive skin. The ingredients list seems decent, free of parabens and phenoxyethanol, and the brand doesn’t test on animals. On the downside, I feel this moisturizer might be too light for my needs, especially during the winter when my skin gets really dry. The scent is not my favorite, as it has a grassy, hay-like aroma with hints of peppermint.MooGoo Skin Calming Cream comes in a 120g size and is designed to be applied to clean, dry, and itchy skin areas. It works wonderfully for my daughter, who has mild eczema. We appreciate the non-greasy texture, which hydrates the skin effectively. It absorbs well, leaving the skin soft and moisturized for an extended period.Please note that the product contains nut ingredients, so those with allergies should avoid it.When using this cream on eczema or dry patches, my daughter no longer feels the urge to scratch. âSkin Calmingââ¦..what??
I really didnât know what was being implied with âskin calmingâ, but figured it must just make you feel relaxedâ¦â¦..then I put the cream on my burning itchy hands and I started to understand what was meant.Okay itâs not magic and itâs not going to take the burn and itch away within secondsâ¦â¦or eve days depending on how bad youâve got it, but it does âcalmâ the burning and itching down someâ¦â¦.or at least it does for me.This product goes on a tiny bit thicker than the MooGoo Full Cream Moisturizer, but a little still goes a long way.I like that there isnât that greasy, sticky feeling that you get with other creams, as well as no perfume smell. There is a tiny hint of an odour to it when you first put it on, but youâve really got to get your nose up close to notice it after a few minutes.Itâs too early to tell what the long term progress of this cream will be, so Iâm going to mark it a 4.5 stars out of 5!
Good cream for dry skin
This MooGoo Skin Calming Cream comes in a 120g format to be applied to the skin and body after having been washed on areas that are so dry that they become itchy.This is perfect for my daughter who has mild eczema.We love the texture that is not overly thick, which has a trace of oiliness and hydrates the skin well. It spreads and is absorbed well by the skin that becomes soft and moist with the trace of oiliness dissipating after about 5-10 mins, but the softness remains for a long time after.The product contains nut ingredients and those who are allergic should stay away.With eczema or dry areas of the skin, my daughter definitely does not have the urge of scratching after applying the cream.As for me, I just like how soft the skin becomes and stays that way for a long time. I also like that just a little amount is enough and that this will last a while.
It didn’t work for my black eczema skin
I have eczema in my hands and dry skin overall. For a person with a lot of melanin I need my cream to keep me ashy free. MooGoo Skin Calming Cream has light consistency It’s natural, fast-absorbing, and genuinely soothing. However, it does not stay long . I need to keep replying it. I also find the price quite high. It will definitely work for others but not for my skin type.
Delicate and non irritating skin cream. Subtle frangrance.
I use this delicate cream on my irritated skin. I have sensitive eye lid skin due to a previous skin irritation, and I also have eczema on my hands and elbow.I have to say that the cream is very pleasant to spread around. It’s on the thick side but applies as a lotion.It does indeed have a calming effect on my rash prone skin. It calms down the itching sensation I always have.The scent is subtle.I encountered no irritation whatsoever on my skin after using this product.I like the product, it applies well, keeps my skin moisturized and smelling fresh.The bottle is well made with an easy opening.I would definitely recommend for those who have rash prone skin, who suffer from eczema and other skin irritations. The price is also good for the quantity you receive.
Not my favourite moisturizer, but still good
I have mixed feelings about this moisturizer.The pros: this moisturizer is non-greasy, spreads easily, is good for sensitive skin. The ingredient list does not seem terrible and does not contain parabens or phenoxyethanol’s. Also, they do not test on animals.The cons: I feel like this moisturizer is too light for my needs. My skin dries out a lot during winter and after moisturizing I feel like my skin is better but still thirsty. This formula might be better in the summer when there is more humidity in the air. I am also not fond of the scent. It reminds me of that first whiff you get walking in to a natural food store – very grassy with hints of hay and peppermint.
