Garbage / not worth the $$
Horrible monitorPurchased about a year ago.-The split screen never comes in clear (one screen flickers)-the plug (on the monitor) is loose and never stayed in securely (thus some nights didnât charge)- range was about 60 feet-one camera would constantly lose a signal-after one year it completely died and wonât charge.Would never purchase again or recommend to a friend/family
I really like this camera and monitor! It has worked really well for our family and I feel like itâs great quality for the price. I have just a couple cons (see below) but for the most part itâs pros!Pros:-great picture quality-big screen and great features-will activate screen when noise is detected-great sound quality and I can easily hear my children if they wake up-easy set up and pairing of cameras-customer service is awesome (see below)Cons:-the power button is a little wonky, sometimes it takes a few pushes to turn on-you cant control the direction of the camera from the monitor, itâs all manual. This is the biggest thing I wish could change, it makes setting up the camera kind of difficult. You have to make sure itâs just right manually.Also on another note, the customer service is amazing! My son dropped our monitor after only having it 6 months, the drop completely cracked the screen and rendered it almost useless. I contacted customer service and within 6 hours they already had a new monitor shipped to me for free. I was shocked and so thankful for the fast turn around.All in all, great system and I highly recommend it!
We purchased through Amazon Warehouse and this monitor is great. Easy to see monitor even when room is dark. Love the adjustable sound and talk feature. It was super easy to set up.As an update itâs been over a year and this monitor is great and meets our needs. Weâve had no issues with it and has always worked properlyUpdate:Monitor was working great but we had an issue with the battery. Moonbaby Customer service was great and quickly helped. Great monitor.
The top two things I like about this camera and monitor are that the images from the camera are clear, even in low light, and the monitor and all the options are easy to navigate. I haven’t tried hanging it on the wall yet, but I’m sure that will be just fine. The battery life is good also – the charged monitor makes it through the night without a problem.There are two big drawbacks that I’ve discovered. First, the area the camera is able to view is quite small. I can barely fit our kids’ beds in the viewing window, even when the camera is on the opposite side of their bedrooms. I would prefer that the camera would be more wide-angle. Instead, it seems like it’s always zoomed in.The second drawback is that if you set the monitor to cycle through the cameras and one of them is turned off, it will keep that camera in the rotation. When the turned-off camera comes up in the rotation, it indicates the connection with the camera was lost, and it beeps four times after about 7 seconds. It’s pretty annoying. We purchased a 3rd camera to put in a different room, but when we had that camera off for bedtime and it kept cycling through and beeping when it came to that camera, I ended up unlinking the camera from the monitor entirely. I’ll be returning the 3rd camera for that reason.I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s a decent camera setup, and the things I dislike are more preferential, so I don’t think that warrants 3 stars.

BUT this company does have that type of camera set if you so wish.When I first bought it I thought I would miss that feature, it turns out I donât miss it one bit. I use it at night when my girls are sleeping, I have the cameras high enough to see the full crib.The microphone doesnât miss a beat (or grunts in my case), the image is crisp at night and during the day, I love that I can see the temperature in the room (once it got to 82 degrees in the room and I wouldnât have known if it werenât for the camera!), it has so many features I didnât realize I would enjoy using until I really got to playing with it, and to top it off the customer service is top notch.They want to make sure you are taken care of and in an efficient manner.I absolutely recommend this to any one looking for an affordable and reliable camera.
I really wanted to love this baby monitor but unfortunately it has some flaws. The connection between the cameras and the monitor cuts out randomly all the time and we have to sneak into babies room to unplug and reset. Then, suddenly the display on the screen of the monitor got all glitchy with and distorted with lines through the picture so that you can’t really see the babies. I’m majorly bummed and Amazon says my support window has closed for this item. Overall very disappointed for $150 baby monitor.
