I use this as a motion-detector night light. Works perfectly in the dark when you only need enough light to guide you. It is brighter than other nightlights, which is just right. Great value and so handy.

I really like the size of the light, both of its brightness, and the 5000K color temperature. I bought these to replace some 10-year old units that are getting too dim and yellow. If you just need dusk-to-dawn lights without motion detection, these could be very nice for you. However, I need the motion detection feature to work. I read the reviews that said their detection range was not very good, but I chalked that up to user error or preferences. I bought 6 of these and placed them where the old ones were: one at the base of stairs, three down a hallway, one in a bathroom, and one in a bedroom. The old ones faithfully turned on well before a family member was in a position to get hurt in the dark, but these new ones would not turn on until someone was almost directly in front of it within a distance of one to two feet. Not a single one fit my needs, so I had to return them all.
I like these little motion night lights. Light is bright.
I love these two little night lights!!!! They are small but they light up an area of about 2 feet as you approach the light, motion detector/dusk lighting is great for seniors and in areas of your house that regular night lights just don’t do the job! I highly recommend this product for Seniors – but please keep the price the same for the seniors!
