Malfunctions after only 3 months.
Camera worked amazing until the monitor stopped working 3 months after buying it. The monitor would freeze when pushing buttons and shut off. Called manufacturer for replacement and they sent me another faulty monitor that doesnât even turn on. Now manufacturer wants me to return replacement monitor to assess issue and costs of shipping comes out of my pocket…as per their policy. VERY dissatisfied with product and end result of customer service resolution.

Delivery was great, as always. Picture is good. Everything is great except the battery doesnât hold much of a charge. Seems like Iâm always charging it.

Battery does not last
This is my second Motorola baby monitor because I loved my first one so much but this one did not impress. Battery dies quick, the picture freezes all the time. I would not recommend it.

Camera is continually offline and it’s not my internet that is the problem
This product did not meet my expectations and was continually disconnecting from the internet and/or was offline. I have had to reboot it multiple times. I do not have this issue wth any other wifi enabled devices in the house except this one. Not worth the money in my opinion.
Not worth it.
Used for 6 months and doesnât work anymore. Charge connection stopped working. So upsetting as this was not cheap. Baby is only 9 months old and need to buy another monitor now.Bought a vetch for my other children and itâs almost 4 years old and still working great.
Battery is awful
We bought this product just over a year ago and itâs ok, but the battery of the parent unit is awful. It canât even last an hour without being plugged in. Itâs constantly needing to be plugged in to charge which defeats the purpose of being able to take it around the house with you. Super disappointed.

Stopped working in a month after purchasing , DO NOT BUY
We love this monitor. We chose this specifically because it both works on WiFi and without. The reason this is valuable to my family is because we can take it with us when we travel. Baby is in a bedroom at grandmaâs, but you are hanging with the family and too far to hear cries? No problem. You were able to take your camera and monitor with you…. or just the camera if WiFi is available and you have the app. Such a great feature. The app was also a major draw because the new daddy can still see baby when at work – and grandma and grandpa got excited about the app too. This baby is going to have audiences for napping. We were sad that there was no arm for the crib or wall attachment for set up included. There isnât an easy way to set it up without one. We just ordered one online that worked for us to solve this problem. Outside of that, everything was easy to put together. Would recommend.
NO COMPRAR…. no sirve jamás se pudo conectar con el monitor y mucho menos al WiFi, tenemos otro monitor “barato” que es el que usamos y funciona mucho mejor, perdida de dinero y tiempo…no comprar
