Good cups
There good, my daughter loves them, sometimes leak if you donât make sure the inside piece is put on properly but if you check it, fixes the problem right away. Also need to make sure when putting the lid on that it clicks.Love these cups
customer service was great
the product is really good, my daughter loves using it. i do find that the straw is a pain to clean as it is so small but it comes with a tiny brush. i guess it didnt bother me enough as this is my 2nd purchase. but what i loved is their customer service which I had to contact because my cat decided to chew on the straw. Munchkin rep was helpful and sent me a new straw for free !

Had to look up on internet to see to remove plastic over where liquid goes up. And still found hard to suck up.
NOT LEAK PROOF!!!!!
These ARE NOT leak proof!!! I have had so many accidents/leaks with these cups. I originally used the Nuby brand but the straws needed to be replaced aâ¸nd I could no longer find them at a reasonable price so I tried Munchkin, these are such a disappointment. Not only is the slide cap that covers the straw difficult for me to open, my 18 month old can’t open or close these by himself at all. Again, Nuby didn’t have that problem, they opened and closed wonderfully. These don’t contain a rubber gasket in the lid where it threads on which is exactly why they leak, Nuby did contain a gasket. These feel way cheaper than the Nuby brand, the plastic is thinner and the sliding cover on the lid easily pops off. The ONE PRO I can give these cups is the width of the lids are much easier to clean! I would not let your kid have these unsupervised as they leak badly. I have more than one of these cups to be judging also, they all have the same problem. Save yourself the headache, unless you like changing clothes, sheets, shampooing your couch multiple times. Go with Nuby!!!Correction: the cause of the leak is capillary action continually drawing fluid up the straw which doesn’t seal shut allowing a constant leak. I haven’t figured out how to stop this yet.

The straw is high grade silicone and weighted so baby can drink from any angle which is amazing for busy kiddos.They come with a little brush to clean in the straw which is amazing. Love these so much we got two!
Brilliant hasslefree for such a low price
Its easy to use and comes with a flexible cleaning tool for the straw. Needs to remove the cover at the weighted end of the straw before use as per the guide.
We use this cup for our toddler and started when he was about 10 months old. Only bad review is if the lid is not on right, it will leak everywhere and lid can be difficult to get on right at times.

Waste of money. It takes too much effort to suction out any liquid from the bottle through the straw.
