Okay. Iâm an exclusive pumper. My goal was to build a really large freezer stash because of going back to work at 4 months. Then COVID hit.Anyways- needless to say- by the time we realized we werenât going back to work in office at 4 months… my freezer stash was about 3000 oz. So this will be a review if you are using lots of bags.These bags, when I first got them in March, I was … in love with the idea of them. They are cute! They are quality ! They are a bit pricey! And. They only could freeze 9 x 4oz bags in a ziploc âbrickâ of milk, compared to the usual 12 x 4 oz of my go-to Medela because of their shape. Which meant I only purchased one box of these. I was confused on the marketing . âWhat do you mean preserves nutrients better? Donât they all do that?â (This is my second child. So itâs not my first rodeo with freezer stashing).Well. Here we are 6 months later and Iâm dipping into my stash. These bags are AWESOME. Iâm now very sad I didnât just pay the extra and do the extra for having more of these bags.They defrost VERY quickly. I donât know why. We can get a bag defrosted from frozen solid in 3 minutes under the hot water tap. 3. Minutes. If youâre a pumping mama occasionally forgetting to defrost milk, this is ah-May-zing. Amazing. Medela bags easily still take 5 minutes to get rid of that frozen center and still need the warmer to get it all the way to temperature.Next- pouring them. Well, itâs fine. Like any other bag really. Dont pour one handed. But thatâs a lot of them. BUT. These bags donât get the fat caught on the sides. The nano-bebe bags donât need to be mushed around 12 ways like the medela bags to get that layer back into the milk to then pour out and have some of it still … stuck on the sides. These bags donât do that. I really wish I had used more of them when freezing, because between the fast defrost & the preserving of the fat layer… theyâre awesome.To be clear, I have used a range of other bags, mostly with my first baby, (Lanisoh, Avent, Nuk, Kiinde) and the medela were my favorite before the Nanobebe ones.Highly recommend, even if theyâre a little pricier!
Purchased these because Iâd bought the bottle set from the same brand. I plan to breast feed and to also express and build up a milk supply as well as my husband being able to offer a bottle too.These bags are excellent quality, you can feel the plastic is a lot thicker than other brands. The seal at the top feels strong and gives confidence that your precious milk wonât leak.I purchased the storage box separately and the bags fit really neatly inside and helps keep the milk in date order in the freezer as well as keeping the freezer near. Overall Iâm really impressed and would highly recommend
