SOFT BRISTLES
The bristles on the brush are sooooo soft! I’ve been using this brush since my son was a day old! Absolutely love the set. WELL WORTH ITS COST! I love that the bristiles still have not fallen out and I’ve been using it now for 3 months. Still feel like brand new!

Love the quality and durability. The wood is pretty. The bristles are thick and soft. Works perfect! Best of all it cleared my son’s cradle cap! Quality is worth the price for sure.

Estaba buscando un cepillo que fuera mas grande que los que suelo ver para bebé y que además fuera natural, y este cumple todas mis expectativas. Ya te advierte en las instrucciones que antes del primer uso debes retirar el pelo del cepillo que vaya soltando, después ya lo vuelve a soltar nada, es rígido y de calidad. Lo recomendaría sin duda.

I was looking for a baby brush set for our first baby which is due any day now! I’m a crazy first mum who did a ton of research and relied on other’s reviews so I’m trying to help others with this review. I ordered the Natemia set because it had such great reviews. The brush set arrived today and unfortunately I will be sending it back because it was missing a couple bristles out of the hard bristled brush. I’m also disappointed because I’m going to order it again hoping that the second set arrives in better condition but the price has gone up since three days ago so I will be paying more money than the first time I purchased the set. Before I purchased the set, some people had mentioned that the wood stains on the brush set doesn’t match. That is definitely the case but it is not a concern for me.Pros:1). Soft Goat Hair Brush: Is incredibly gentle, the wood is made of great quality and the brush has the rabbit logo that is on the box stamped on it.2). Hard Bristle Brush: The wood is much lighter, a little rough almost splintery which I know natural wood does vary, it does not have the rabbit logo on the brush like the goat hair brush and the woods seems much rougher. It almost looks like it doesn’t belong to the set, but it is not a deal breaker for me though I wish the wood didn’t appear to be splintering off. I do mind the missing bristle on the brush.3). Wooden Comb: Is another wood finish but great quality. It too does not have the rabbit logo on it either but it does appear to fit the same quality of the main goat hair brush. I’m highly satisfied with it. I’m not quite sure why their logo isn’t on each brush but it doesn’t bother me.Cons:1). Goat Hair Brush: Does have a slight chemical smell but it is not over powering. I’m still purchasing the set again in hopes of getting one that is not damaged.2). The Hard Bristle Brush: The wood is splintery, missing a bristle and does have a slight chemical smell. This was my least favorite brush. I also did not see a spare bristle in the box that it came with so it was definitely shipped missing one bristle and was not damaged in delivery.3). Small Wooden Comb: No issues. All around great comb.Today Natemia reached out to me by email to apologize for the damaged hard bristled brush and wanted to make things right. I had already repurchased the brush set but I find the level of customer to be second to none so I’m adding the 5th star back on for service. Here’s to hoping the next brush arrives damage free!
