Safe to use
My daughter uses on my granddaughters when they having nightmares or canât sleep and they work gently and without grogginess in the morning.
It doesn’t work and there is no scent
I got this for my son to try and improve his sleep. It doesn’t work. Its a waste of money. It doesn’t stay on. I used 3 stickers and still my son couldn’t smell any scent. Dont waste your money. You are better off buy dry lavander and packing them in little bags and hanging them around bed. This was waste of money and cant be returned . Buyer beware.
You can’t exchange if the product is defect!
If you look in the comments you will see some of them saying it’s a waste of money because there is no smell and it’s doing nothing… I bought this product TWICE the first time we came with a nice Mandarin strong smell my daughter fall asleep really quick it worked perfectly! UNFORTUNATELY the second came with such a weak smell and did nothing. So the product is defect but this seller don’t give the option to exchange or return it so right now I’m just waiting it will over and I’m not going to order from him again.It’s a nice product but I’m not going to play roulet on – if it will be good or bad product.
Did not work
They might work on other kids but not with mine at all . They stick very well and smell great but again did not work for my son.
Didnât work with my toddler
We have tried the patch with our 3 year old daughter for several days now. One patch the first night. Two the next. Three on the third. (The increasing number is in part because she insists on putting one on her hand or she asks for another because – stickers).The patches have a definite odour. They stick well.They have not helped calm or sooth our baby to sleep. The routine remains. Despite an hour of story telling and cuddling, no matter the hour, the patches have served to provide a nice little smell and little else.Maybe they work for other kids. They do not work for mine.
Worked!
Iâm not sure if the patch worked or it was more of a placebo effect on my son but he loved putting them on at bed and settling down. Just need a bulk size option now!
Honestly, pointless
Bought these for my two and half year old who has a tough time settling down to go to sleep. Yes, we have a consistent bedtime and quiet and calming bedtime routine. We donât put him to bed too early or late and donât let him nap too long in the afternoon. We have tried everything to get him to settle and go to sleep at night to no avail. He goes down for his nap super easily and quickly; itâs just bedtime thatâs the problem. Thought we would try these. They did nothing. I love the buzz patches (which do work/are helpful) but these did absolutely nothing. Not worth purchasing.
Nifty little things
I bought these to try for my daughter who has no problem falling asleep but the last month has had a problem staying asleep and has been having night terrors/bad dreams and sleep walking.. the first two nights she still woke up but we have had 3 nights now with no wake ups or bad dreams .. we have been using 4 stickers a night and she is 6 – not sure if itâs a coincidence or itâs the stickers but we are happy over here !

I will admit that I was very sceptical when I ordered these, but I was willing to give anything a try for my 10 year old who really struggles to drift off to sleep.She will usually take a long time to drift off, regardless of how tired she is, but with these stickers she is usually asleep within 15 minutes! She enjoys the smell of them, she says she feels relaxed and calm and they stop her thoughts from racing like they usually do. They smell beautiful, not overwhelming at all which can be an issue with some aroma therapy, especially if your little one is sensitive to smells. Will definitely buy again!
I use these to help my 4 yr old daughter sleep and has made a massive improvement
As soon as I remove the sticker from a package I noticed that it was not going to stick very well to my daughter’s pajamas. I stuck it on and then I put the pajamas on her so that she wouldn’t notice the sticker because I knew she would be ripping it off if she did well an hour went by and no difference she was still running around acting crazy like always and then the sticker fell off proceeded to pick it up and play with it and that’s as far as we got so no this product did not work very well I should say it didn’t work at all
