What I Like – This is absolutely awesome for the Navage system if you have larger nostrils. With the regular ones I was still having troubles getting the suction/drainage correctly. I switched to these extra large and it makes a great seal with less spillage out of my nose. It can actually suction properly.What I Donât Like – The price was a little high, but so is the system itself. However it is all very well made.

Couldn’t make it work for the hubby!
I’m sure these are great for some people….just not my hubby. His nostrils are set apart wider than most of the population and his nostrils are much longer, so he couldn’t get the right fit to create any suction when he tried these in our Navage. The regular standard nasal dock works great for me without issue but these just aren’t big enough for him. There was still a big gap when he put them in his nose. The Navage is a great system though. No complaints there at all.
