This product saved my ear
After I got two piercings on my left lobe, both done with the needle by the way, the piercings were constantly infected. I have other piercings from the past that healed normally. I tried salt washing them, and when that didnât work I resorted to using alcohol wipesâall to no avail. I waited 6 months, too stubborn to take out my piercings because I thought they would heal, and spent half a year with mildly infected piercings before I finally thought âitâs time to try a piercing solutionâ. After reading up on many reviews, I chose to go with NeilMed Wound Wash (the one Iâm writing a review for) and literally WITHIN A WEEK the infected piercings began to heal! Iâm still in shock and I wish I picked this up months ago. Right now my piercings are perfectly normal and almost completely healed up. This solution works and Iâm definitely getting more once Iâm out. Thereâs a lot in the bottle and the spray is definitely strong, so I canât spray it directly onto my lobe but what I do is I spray a little onto a paper towel or tissue and rub it gently around the piercing and the infected area.
Nozzles horrible but the solution is amazing
i spent like half an hour trying to get any spray to come out. i genuinely thought i got really out of shape lol but you really have to push down on the nozzle for anything to come out. it got annoying so i just put it in another spray bottle, and itâs fine. Iâve been using this to clean my new nipple piercings and itâs really nice! barely any irritation from them. itâs great with piercings is my point lol (and worth the money)
Works well, bottle leaks.
This product works well as advertised. The price is relatively low compared to competitors when considering the amount of product you recieve. My only issue with this product was that, when shaken, the bottle does tend to leak a fair bit. Otherwise, very easy to use and as advertised.

Great for piercings for half the price
Bought this to replace the Neil-Med Fine mist piercing spray. It was super hard to press at first but once your break the seal, you’ll hear a loud click and it works perfectly! I spray it onto a q-tip to clean around easier and waste less product than spraying directly. Will repurchase when I run out!
Not a replacement for the piercing one
Bought this thinking it’s the exact same as the “piercing” labelled one as I’m using it on a healing piercing, thinking it’s basically the same thing but with different packaging and marketed to piercing shops. Turns out it isn’t, and has almost no spraying pressure and the nozzle is very hard to spray. I will still keep using as it is sterile and convenient for cleaning but once I run out, I’ll either just pay more for the piercing-specific spray or mix my own solution with sea salt and water (not the best option but will do).

Alternative to Fine Spray for piercing
Alternative to Fine Spray for piercing. So if your like me and your Shop doesnt sell the fine spray or your to lazy or want the best Deal this is for you. Lets me tell you firsts dont use it directly on your skin the spray is heavy your better off taking some Clean paper towel and spray on it and then use it to clean around your piercing or do a compress which is even better since the Sodium Chloride Help to reduce and drain lympfluid from your piercing it will heal better. It the exact same amount of Sodium Chloride in the piercing after care mist spray and this one. Both are good but currently on amazon the mistspray is like 40$ for the same Milliliter. So overall if you were wondering if that Bottle would work for Piercing it Does it just need extra Step and paper towel compared to mist that you just apply stray to the piercing zone
I pierced my own ears at home, my doubles and triples at the same time and used this for cleaning and sanitizing and it has been terrific! No infection, no itchiness. The spray is thick so push the nozzle down softly for a smaller stream. I sprayed it right on the earrings and used some gauze to clean around it. Great formula but the spray could be better. Overall the best priced wound cleanser and it works!!
This product honestly works wonders and I highly recommend it. I had a huge irritation bump on my nose piercing and this spray literally made it shrink.
This spray is good, wish there was more in the bottle but itâs still a good product.
I have bought it so many times.I use it on all my piercings and on my daughter’s as well.Always does the job.I recommend it.It’s cheaper on Amazon than a local pharmacy.The only thing i don’t like is how the spray works,it’s more of a leaking than spraying.
I bought this to use on a new piercing but unfortunately after the first use the spray nozzle snapped off and is now even more difficult to spray!! Itâs super hard to press down and has now started leaking also due to the spray part breaking. hoping this helps with the healing of my piercing but definitely not as easily as intended!
