This does support your belly and back but the material is rough and you cannot wear against the skin. Must be worn over clothing.
Size fits, but…
As others mentioned, the fabric is very rough on the inside. Definitely nothing you want to wear on bare skin. I’m wearing the belt over my clothing. I think it could damage thin fabric.I measured between sizes and went for the larger one. That was a good idea.If the inner belt is loose, it gets tightened when you pull the outer layer.
Very itchy I had to return it
The material is very itchy even with a layer of clothes under it.
very comfortable and effective
i am in my 50s and have chronic lower back problem. I tried different type of belts, they are either not comfortable or not helping me at all, so i am keep trying different produces. When I received my order, I realized I bought the wrong size. I got a XXL stead of a L, that was my mistake not checking the size when i checked out, but it actually worked out no problem. I think longer is actually better than shorter. i am wearing it every day now, it hides really well under the pants, it is flexible and strong at same time. My lower back pain is magically eased and i can feel huge difference by the end of each day. Highly recommended.
Mostly Useless
One side of the belt is ENTIRELY velcro. Not only it’s uncomfortable on bare skin, but it cut up my side.It’s also very thin. The moment I bend or sit down, it rolls into a tube and doesn’t provide good support.It’s only useful if you’re wearing it over clothing and going to be standing/walking for a long time.
My physiotherapist was impressed!
This slim design is exactly what my physiotherapist reccomended to help me close my diastasis recti as well as correct my posture and intra-abdominal pressure issues. In fact she was so impressed with the product she is going to reccomend this model to her patients and purchase one for demo. I have worn it sporadically for 2 weeks but have already seen a drastic improvement. The slim design fits perfectly over my waist without coming up over my ribs or rubbing on my hips. Very comfortable and excellent quality. Highly reccomend for moms looking to correct issues post-partum!
Size a bit smaller than I expected
Itâs a soft fabric. And I like the fact itâs not too wide so I can send bend over. I wasnât able to attach the two ends, I just had open belly myomectomy done, I guess I have to wait for the wound to heel and swollen gone down before I wrap it. I think itâs in the smaller side, I wear size S or XS.

Cumple perfectamente
Purchased for use after abdominal surgery and very effective support without being bulky. Level of compression easily adjustable and extra fixed bands are tightened for maximum effect. Narrower than some available bands and more lightweight but not flimsy this was the most suitable for my needs over my stoma.
