Light weight and easily assembled
My wife and I relish the opportunity to pack a lunch and set out on a leisurely e-bike ride, often winding up at one of the many inviting beaches nearby. In the past, we lugged around full-sized foldable beach chairs, which proved to be quite cumbersome and uncomfortable. However, we’ve found that these new (Nice C) foldable chairs are not only lighter and more compact but also offer a higher seating position than most back packing chairs, which is a significant advantage for me due to my knee arthritisâsitting low is just too painful. Assembling the chairs is quite simple as all the pieces are shot-corded, so there is no guessing where each aluminium tube fits.We did notice, as one customer mentioned in the reviews, that the chairs’ small feet tend to sink into soft sand. To overcome this, I’ve adapted the chairs by affixing 1-inch rubber tips, typically used to protect floors from scuffs. These tips fit snugly over the existing chair feet, effectively broadening the base, reducing the sinking issue. Conveniently, these rubber tips are readily available at most hardware stores and are quite affordable, costing around $8 for a set of four. This simple modification has made our beach seaside escapes even more enjoyable.Once the rubber tips are installed they are a tight fit so are not easily removed.
We love this chair!
I bought this chair for our recent trip, intending to use it outside for extra seating. However, itâs so comfortable that we ended up leaving it set up inside in the living room, for extra seating there! I could easily sit in it to watch an entire movie, and my kids would beg to switch spots with me so they could sit in it – Iâve never had any of them beg to sit in a portable chair before, lol! I was initially skeptical that such a light-weight chair would be sturdy enough to support an adult, but itâs very well-made and feels very solid once assembled – itâs quite remarkable and very well-designed. I also love that it has a high back and the pillow, because it allows you to rest your head back on it (Iâm 5â4â so not very tall). Itâs also very easy to set up and disassemble, and once you get the hang of it doesnât take long at all. As another reviewer mentioned, the first one or 2 times I set it up the canvas was difficult to fit over the poles, but as was recommended by the reviewer, I got the canvas damp so it stretched a bit, and the left it set up overnight like that. Now when I set it up itâs very easy, no issues. Also the first few times I used it one of the poles fit very tightly into the canvas, almost like the seam had been sewn too narrow to fit it, but after a few uses itâs loosened up a bit and now fits well. The size when folded up is very convenient, easy to carry, and light-weight, and itâs small enough to leave in the car âjust in caseâ without it taking up too much space. Iâm so glad I bought this chair, I highly recommend it!
Decent but….
Reasonably comfortable chair. Very nice and light. Very happy with the carrying case. I bought this chair to be able to sit more comfortably while watching my kids at the beach or sporting events. It worked well but was a little more time consuming to set up then I expected and I only ended up using it a handful of times before one of the elastics inside the leg frayed and then snapped. It is the day after the return window closed so I’m pretty annoyed being stuck with a broken chair. I really only needed it to last this one summer.Edit- great customer support, replaced broken chair.
Broke on the first use.
I didn’t notice when it broke, but the chair is still working. Then one of the bag strap broke. I am returning this item. It is not super compact also. Fit in a carry on but do not leave much room for your clothes.

Our first experience with the Nice-C brand was with the small compact chairs that we have in our canoe camping kits. They have a small tarp that make them stay on top of sand and loose gravel and are absolutely perfect for canoeing since they are compact and light we always have them with us and deploy them ( and their little table) every time we get off the canoe on a beach or side of river. I am a big boy 6 foot tall 230 pounds and the chair never failed me. Now we bought this model for a bit more comfort when we are car camping in space is not an issue the longer back rest is amazing when it comes to comfort actually fell asleep in one of those before. We are so impressed with the quality of these chairs and the durability that now we are trying their brand new hammock chair to do some stargazing in the yard here and something tells me I will fall asleep in those because they are just at another level when it comes to comfort.
Great Outdoor Chairs: be careful with the nylon
Bought these chairs just one year ago. Iâve used them on a couple camping trips and beach days. Chairs are very comfortable, easy to setup, and lightweight. Great carrying bag that comes with them. My biggest concern here is their sturdiness. The metal frame, top notch. The cloth, you should worry about. These chairs are for the outdoors, but the âindustrial grade Oxford 1000D nylonâ is questionable. Both of my chairs, the nylon material is falling apart. Is this caused by simple exposure to the outdoors? Iâm a bit concerned, and feel sometime soon this nylon will fail entirely and I will end up on the ground. Great outdoor chairs, but if you want them to last longer, limit their direct exposure to the outdoors/sunlight.UPDATE: Seller reached out and is in the process of replacing the nylon. Quick and helpful customer service. Got back within 24hrs. Increased overall rating. Will update once resolved.UPDATE: Seller sent a pair of new chairs to replace the originals under warranty. I guess it may have been a design flaw that the materials started to deteriorate. Super quick action and response from seller. Great customer service, great product. Definitely would buy again from them.
Ich gehe jedes Jahr mit meinem Auto campen, schlafe auch im PKW für mehrere Wochen. Bis jetzt hatte ich immer ein geoÃen Faltstuhl mit aber dieser Stuhl ist bequem und schön klein weg zu packen.
Leicht für die gebotene Stabilität. Es gibt leichtere Stühle, welche dann meistens wesentlich wackeliger sind.Das Kopfkissen ist optimal. Die Verarbeitungsqualität scheint für nicht übergewichtige Menschen sehr gut zu sein. Für schwere Menschen würde ich einen anderen Stuhl empfehlen.Nur ein Rückenkissen fehlt und hätte den Sitzgenuss noch abgerundet.

Bought for a festival where I travelled via coach, so I needed this to be super compact and lightweight. It perfectly fit the bill. Plus, it was fairly easy to put up and take down, making it easy to store while away from the tent.Comfort wise, it was enough. Not the most comfortable chair ever but for its size and weight, it was sturdy, didn’t sink into the ground, and looked after my beer in the pocket.
La sedia è pratica da trasportare e facile da aprire e chiudere, anche se non velocemente quanto le sedie da campeggio classiche pieghevoli. In compenso occupa un terzo dello spazio quando chiusa e la seduta è più reclinata, quindi buona per rilassarsi e anche abbastanza alta per mangiare o stare a tavola. Unica pecca l’elastico che tiene il cuscino sullo schienale è morbido e con il peso della testa il cuscino si muove, sarebbe stata meglio una cinghia non elastica con fibbia regolabile. Sulla qualità dei materiali, mi sembra tutto ottimo. Consigliata.
