Perfect for car sick puppies!
Water/puke resistant – doesn’t soak in and can be scooped up with paper towel. Easy to hose off, I spritz it with odoban to remove germs and let air dry outside. Well stitched, clasps are made of heavier plastic, light quilting, a bit thinner than others I’ve tried in the same price range. The mesh is large which I like so I can still see the dogs in the back. Stays in place well. Wish it came with a storage bag.
Broke as soon as I got it, the plastic clips are really brittle and cheap quality. When installing, one clip broke instantly. The fabric itself is just as cheap, when I put any weight on it the fabric tore instantly. After a few uses of the mesh separator, the zipper broke off really easily. Ive only had it for a couple months and it just keeps getting worse and worse. The quality is definitely not worth the price.
Have only tried with medium size dogs but so far so good. Was frustrating trying to fit the boards into it since they are a tight fit but I do prefer this over just using blankets to protect the car seats from dog claws
Works pretty well… is a little bit of a PITA to get adjusted just right (LOTS of straps!), but once you do, it does what it is supposed to. Holds up great to my partner’s little dogs (Chihuahua & Chiweenie), but I’m not sure if the foam backer board would handle the full weight of my fat pittie
