Exactly what I needed to properly fit my flanges. I use three different pumps and it is super easy to fit these into all of them in order to have the correct flange size each time I pump. Absolutely essential if you want comfort and effective output when pumping.

Helped improve milk production
These flange inserts are soft and flexible, if youâre struggling with elastic nipples I would recommend. Went from barely 4oz per session as an exclusive pumper to overflowing frequently! However the only thing that I think they could improve on is putting the size on the inserts as they are all packaged separately but are not identifiable unless you take the time to measure them to one another!

Inserts work as expected. Appreciate the sizing cards, would have been nice to print the size on the actual flanges. My husband opened all of them at once to wash and sterilize not knowing I wild only need 1-2 of the sizes. The sizes were printed on the bags, but no sizing indicated on the actual flange itself to keep track of after they have been removed from the bags.
This kit was awesome. It came with multiple flange sizes and a flange chart to measure your nipples. That was so convenient for me and helped me choose the right flange size. My best pump came with 24mm flanges and a lactation consultant told me I looked like I was a size 19mm. I ordered 19mm flanges but my boobs were still sore and hurting after pumping and I wasnât getting that much milk out. I ordered this, measured my nipples, and was able to use the 15mm flanges. This made so much of a difference and allowed me to get more milk. Iâm now getting about 4oz of milk whenever I pump. This is a great purchase and Iâm glad I bought it.

Got the box as i was unsure what size flanges i needed. Good instructions and quality flanges.
These inserts were so nice to have once I gave birth since the flanges that came with my pump were too big. The nipple ruler that it comes with helped me find my correct insert size and they work like a charm! Without these, I wouldnât be able to get as much milk out with my pump. Highly recommend these.
