Itâs good and soft for liquid but for smoothies or anything semi solids, it wonât come out and will block the nossel. One thing that I do not like about it is that it keeps flowing anything you put in it though it should have been designed is to squeeze and feed as it makes it so messy within the cap as everything just flows doing without squeezing.
