OIAHOMY Large Cotton Rope Basket – Because who needs closets anyway?
This thingâs huge. You could probably hide a small child in there if you needed a break. The size is great for stashing all those blankets, toys, and random crap that somehow multiplies when youâre not looking. The constructionâs solid too, so itâs not gonna disintegrate the first time you throw in a couple of heavy items.But letâs address the elephant in the room â the smell. When you first open it, youâre hit with this odor thatâs like a mix between a new car and a factory. Not exactly what you want in your living room, but it fades after a bit, so just hold your nose and power through.It looks good, though. The gradient grey is pretty slick, and it fits in with almost any decor. So you can pretend youâve got your life together even if everything else is chaos. The handles are a nice touch, too â makes it easy to lug around when youâre in one of those rare cleaning frenzies.Now, it doesnât stand up perfectly straight when itâs empty. So if youâre not filling it with a mountain of stuff, itâs gonna look a bit sad and floppy. And yeah, for 45 bucks, itâs not exactly a steal, but hey, itâs not like youâre just buying a basket. Youâre buying peace of mind that your guests wonât see your mess.I gave this a 4 out of 5 because itâs big, looks good, and is pretty sturdy, but itâs got a funk out of the box and doesnât stand up straight when empty.
Perfect as a toy box for a baby
The soft sides are perfect for baby toys when the little one comes to visit. No sharp corners and looks pretty in my home. The sides keep their shape but can be flexible for young baby. (It goes back to its proper form afterwards). Love it!! Good value, functional and would easily fit with any decor.

Bought this about 4 months ago and Iâm using it in my living room for blankets! Itâs cute! The pictures make it look a bit bigger than it actually is but itâs a nice size. Itâs holding about 6 blankets rolled up! Good quality

I found the quality of this woven rope basket to be very nice. The colors are neutral and compliment my decor as I plan to use this for shoe storage in a home entryway. Keeps shoes tidy and in one place, rather than strewn about the floor! I would recommend for storage solution.
This review is for the smaller 18″ width rectangular basket in the color gradient yellow, which isn’t yellow at all but is nice neutral shades of brown/tan/off-white as shown in the photos. (I didn’t want yellow and trusted the photos, which are accurate. No idea why it’s called yellow.) I am very pleased with this basket. It’s functional, seems to be of high quality, and looks great.Right out of the package it formed a rectangular shape when unfolded and has maintained its shape. No creases and absolutely no need for steaming. The sides stand up even when it’s empty. It’s thick and sturdy but can flex when needed. I’ll use it for a toy box and it holds quite a lot. The handle openings make it easy to move. I’m not sure how easily it would spot clean but that probably isn’t an issue for most uses.I would buy more of these if I had any place to use them! If you like the look and size(s) don’t hesitate to order one.
