Itâs to big to do a good job of herbs or garlicPowerful so does a good job once you fiddle around trying to line the top up with the bladesCleaning is easy however you do wash a lot of food away from the blades and the sides of the container which is ribbed so hard to clear.

This processor is great for grinding meat for burgers and sausage, as well as chopping hard vegetables. For example to grind steak for burger, it only take about seven seconds of prep time. Glass jar and very sharp multiple blades makes the ideal kitchen tool.
This is the size my wife wanted and she says it does a great job, better than anything she had before.
I have RA and my hands are weak and joints are achey/sore all the time. I needed something small(not heavy) and easy to clean that could sit on my counter and cut up things when needed.This fit the bill wonderfully! I even tested it with the big chunky carrots(the thing I hate chopping most but love the taste of) and it chopped them with ease although I did have to pulse it a few times to get the chunk size I was looking for.The 5 cup capacity is perfect for chopping one of those big sweet onions cut in half to fit on either side of the blades.This is my new favorite gadget! Bonus points that it’s got a rubber ring on the bottom to stop it from sliding and a nice glass bowl that shouldn’t break as quickly as the cheap plastic ones.
Tooooootally cute and small reliable machine, works in seconds even carrots & stuff! HOWEVER, if you are not a full blown gadget person like me, first stand in your kitchen and play this scenario in your mind and figure out how you feel: in order to use it, place bowl, blade then pre-sized food, then fit the lid, then the engine on top correctly, then use. Then to empty it, you basically have to take it all apart again – lift the engine, take the lid off, take the blade off or hold it in place with your finger while you dump the chopped food out of the bowl, and then if you have to do more items, put it all together again from the bowl up, and take it all apart to get at your food again. If this feels a bit tedious to you, maybe this is not the right gadget for you.
