What is oogiebear made of?
oogiebear is made with bpa-free silicone that’s easy for parents to hold yet gentle enough for the baby. The firm plastic tips were designed to remove boogers and ear wax effectively!
Cotton Swab vs. oogiebear?
While cotton swabs seem like a good resource for little noses and boogers, they are not best for babies. Cotton swabs sometimes work, but they’re not effective in pulling both the dry and sticky stuff out.
Would this work for say removing a pea?
oogiebear is intended for removing mucus and ear wax only and should never be used in any other way.

Dissipates the worry with newborn boogies
The LED feature is definitely worth it, you can see the hidden boogies all the way at the back.Perfect size for baby noses, not a worry about going to far back or scraping.Scoop is best for wet boogies and loop for dry ones from my experience so far.Storage case seems useless at first because of the LED tool, but itâs actually great! You just have to really snap that tool into its place and the case will close.Our family is loving it so far!Highly recommend!
Absolute game changer!!
I didn’t have a great way to clean ears before (just surface clean with cotton swab) and needed a safe way to remove earwax. Really nice to have that little light shining to see where to work on.

The light on this product is a game changer, however I do find the tips/ends to be a little large for my 3 month olds little nostrils.
Not a Universal Fit
As a proud pimple popper and nit picker, I had higher hopes for this tool. The light is not bright enough to see into the ear canal. I tried it on my 3 month old and 3 year old. I guess it depends on the shape of your child’s ear also. The patented bear design does prevent you from going too far however it also can stop you from scooping anything deeper than the immediate ear opening. The scooper tip itself is gentle enough for little ears and works if the ear wax is on it’s way out but I would rather use a q tip for the price of $25.

Obsessed with picking out my baby’s boogers
I only used it for ear wax once. It freaked me out too much to think about accidentally pushing it in.But picking boogers is so unbelievably satisfying. Highly recommend to everyone, especially with the newborn congestion.
Good until it broke
This was super handy in fishing out boogers from my newborns nose until the tiny tip broke off after only a few uses. Luckily it broke in my hand (Iâm not even sure how this happened??) and not inside my babyâs nose or it wouldâve been a trip to the ER! Looking at the other 1-star reviews, I see this is a very common occurrence. Also agree with other reviews that you have to be very careful/gentle because the tip is a hard plastic. Immediate review wouldâve been 5 stars but after using a few times and breaking, I would not purchase as its overall very dangerous.
This product has been wonderful for my baby. I love the light feature, and wish there were replacement sleeves, as I accidentally broke the tip of one of the attachments.
I only use less than 10 times was broken
If you manage to pin your wiggly baby down, this device is very handy to get little boogers from even smaller noses! The light attached is genius.
This product is the best to clean
Super dangerous! Iâm relieved it broke in my hand and not inside my babyâs ear or nose! Iâve barely used it (max 6 times) so itâs certainly not ânormal wear and tearâ. I would not recommend this product and will go back to the good old method of physiological serum and a cotton wool ball.
