Easy to install. Little difficult to get open and shut. And they are made for bigger plugs but even then, they’re still a bit chunky. But they do the job
Great quality, easy to install. Fits large sized router charger plug that covers up the second outlet hole underneath. That’s okay with me since I’d rather have my grandbaby not unplug the router while I’m trying to use Wi-Fi for my online college course ð We have a house that’s over 100 years old so one of our outlets is recessed about 1 inch into the wall behind the sheetrock. It was too much work to remove the outlet and replace it with a new one since it looked like part of the wall would have to be removed. We simply placed the outlet protector box over the hole, used our own 1½ in long screw to secure the plate into the receptacle that was in the wall (the receptacle had a screw hole right in the center). Very snug fit even with only one screw. It only needs to be strong enough to prevent my grandbaby from fiddling with it. The kit comes with its own screws and two different face plates – one to adapt to a square receptacle and a 2-hole to fit the traditional receptacle.

I absolutely love these outlet covers. They were so easy to install and pretty difficult to open. Not so difficult that I couldnât do it but definitely childproof. The value for money was great as to come in the box. They fit perfectly over two different kinds of outlets I have. It came with different size screws and outlet plates. My only suggestion is if you need to use a power block that you get one that plugs a USB on the side as it will not close with a front plug. Otherwise perfect.
The installation was very easy. The appearance of it was a bit bulky but if it were any smaller, the plugs wouldnât have much room. The pull test on the cord was alright. If the company added a grippy piece to cover the cord holes and grip the cords, it wouldnât be so bad. It is a heavier duty plastic. It stays hooked up to the wall good.
