Our oven was giving us some grief, and so we bought this device to tell us what really goes on in the oven. Works great…..
Accurate
Easy to use and read. Accurate temperature
Works as expected
This thermometer hangs well off the rack and if close to the door glass, easy to read. It is a bit smaller than others we have used so not as easy to read when farther back. At first we found it to be significantly (30 deg F) different than the range temperature display but when it was moved to the back corner right under the range temperature probe, it was only 5-10 deg F different (perhaps because it was 6″ below the probe. It therefore seems to be accurate enough. To compensate for the small size, it would be nice if it hand a rotating ring with a prominent marker line that you could align to the desired temperature. That way it would be easy to see the needle and the marker.
Very useful
This small oven thermometer worked well. It was a little slow to come to temperature, but it allowed me to adjust my oven for proper baking. Helped out a lot and it’s pretty robust for the price.
Accurate temperature readings
Very convenient to hang inside oven if you aren’t sure about the accuracy of your oven thermostat. Also good for bbq roasting, up to 600F limit of thermometer.

Works but very hard to read
We got this to calibrate our oven, and confirmed that the oven achieved lower temperatures than we set. So it worked, but it is very hard to read through the oven window, largely because the device is so small. We used a flashlight, which helped somewhat.

Used it to calibrate my smoker. I was glad I got as it registered 30 degrees lower than what smoker was registering.

Product came opened and definitely used as the cardboard paper and plastic in came in was covered in oil marks. So disappointed.
