The pet stroller arrived half put together and it was put together improperly with screws half hanging out of the stroller wheel legs. There were no tools included to make any adjustments to the stroller. In my opinion, it arrived used and it was suppose to be new. The box was damaged all the way through to the product. I returned the stroller and requested a full refund. Indicating one star is being generous to say the least!
