Affordable and effective
I bought this after my supply seemingly tapered off. I combo feed and I wasn’t getting much from my electric pumps after about 6 months. Worried my baby wasn’t getting enough. But this pump does a great job so now I know it’s not my supply, it was the electric pumps. Only thing I can think to criticize is that the handle could be more ergonomic, but it’s not that big a deal considering how short a time I spend using it. There are a couple extra pieces to clean compared to an electric pump but not a big deal.

Ive been using it for a year and it’s the best manual pump. Small and compact, easy to clean and great suction.

I have an older model of this pump that didnât seem to have much suction anymore (was use for my previous children as well) so I bought the same pump again and the piece where your nipple goes is so much more comfortable now and this whole thing just seems easier to wash
Milk pools then spills on you
When you pump, milk pools in the area that goes in your breast but not into the bottle, then when you release from the pump, that pooled milk spills all over your stomach. Itâs very uncomfortable, causes a wet mess. As a breastfeeding mom the last thing I need is more wet messes. I wish the design was more thoughtful. Iâm done with this pump.

Works well and easy to clean but the silicone “cushion” always falls off and never stays on. Feels pretty cheap and flimsy.
