Great for primarily breastfed babies
I used these nipples for both of my babies. They were both breastfed but took bottles when needed with these nipples. I used the low flow ones to start and then moved up to size 2 when they were both about 3.5 months.I never had a problem with leaking with these and they didn’t seem to aggrevate their gassy tummies either.

The only nipples my son would use
We switched to these when my son was a few weeks old and was having trouble with breastfeeding/gas.Within a few feeds, his colic/gas symptoms reduced dramatically and he didnât accept any other nipples other than these after that.Theyâre not incredibly durable once teeth come in, and itâs pretty easy for your kid to put holes in them. Just something to keep in mind.
New production is trash – don’t bother
I bought a bunch of sizes of these back in summer of 2021 for my first born and they were great, durable, made sense for the ages etc.Now with my second child I needed more, so I bought different flows (flow 1-5), and each one is worst than the other. Flow 1 has NO FLOW. I dont know what baby would be able to use flow 1. the younger ones probably are not strong enough to suck that much and the older ones will get frustrated with how little flow/how long it takes.I tried them up to size 5. One of the newer nipples ripped in about 2 weeks use (whereas the older ones are still good with baby#2!). In the end I threw out all the new ones that I got and continued using the old ones that I had. If I ever need to bottle feed again and this is still their production line, I would likely look into another brand altogether. Its so frustrating and a waste of money at a time you want neither of those things.
Too fast for my son
I found the smaller sizes to be way too slow for my son and this size to be goo fast. The product itself is fine I just think it’s not the right product for my son. Will go with a different brand.
Great product
No complaints out of 4 kids this is the first time I used Philips and I wish I had used them before as well. Parents to be these Philps is the one to get.
