High Quality Packaging and Beautiful Glass Water Bottle
I’ve been looking for a glass bottle and this showed up perfectly! I like the packaging (it was covered with a high quality bubble wrap and tin can) and the art/design (Phoenix with a lotus)… as well as the double glass wall. It also came with some crystals/rocks to help activate the water, and a glass sleeve to keep the warmth. The post purchase support is also great, as the merchant provides a way to contact them directly for extended warranty. Thanks for this awesome product!❤️[Update]I travel with this wherever I go, even on an airplane. When I came back home from my vacation, I opened the bottom compartment and noticed that there was shattered glass… I don’t exactly know when it happened – before, during or after my flight because I have never opened the bottom compartment since I first put the crystals until then. (It could be something that might be a defect from the manufacturing, but the glass is definitely of high quality.)So, I contacted The Spirit of Phoenix Customer Support directly about it and Tess responded personally and provided a lovely response offering a replacement, even after 30 days have passed since I purchased it! She was absolutely amazing and I could feel the love and care that she puts towards her customers. (Thanks so much, Tess!)I’d definitely recommend this! This is a great gift that I would give to my friends and family especially if they are looking for glass bottles. Very beautiful and well made!

Wonderful water bottle
I love this crystal water bottle. It is simply beautiful and very convenient. Good price and great quality which is all you want from a product.The crystals are very nice, you get rose quartz and amethyst in a cute pouch. The glass doesn’t seem to be fragile, although it says on the label that has to be handled with care. Mine doesn’t have a weird smell, I have to mention as I saw some reviews from people saying a strong chemical smell comes from the neoprene cover and the lid, well mine is perfectly fine, doesn’t stink at all. I did wash it well before first use.For now I used it only with water, so I can’t say how it is with tea or infused fruits, but the strain looks good and I assume would work just fine.The design is sleek and so pretty, I really love it overall and I think it’s worth every dollar. I wanna buy one for my mom as well, she’ll love it as well, especially that we both believe in the healing power of the crystals this is a must have for everyone who does.Love love love!

Looks pretty, poor quality and won’t last
I am very sad about the quality of the water bottle. The bottom glass has cracked. I haven’t twisted the bottom too tight—I even removed one of the stones because the bottom lid wouldn’t screw on properly with all of them. Now he bottle leaks out the bottom. The return window has closed and there isn’t anything I can do. It’s very disappointing because the bottle was expensive and couldn’t stand up to normal use. I don’t even carry it in my purse. It sits on the desk in my office.

Really nice and well worth it

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Long story short, I bought one for me. Then bought one for my friend, then one for my daughter. This last we found in it’s protective case in the cupboard shattered. We weren’t sure what happened, but it was well past the warrantee so I thought it was a lost cause. My daughter asked me to keep it so she could get the crystals out, at least, so I did. It stayed on the counter another month (yes) and as I was going to finally toss it, I thought it might be worth it to message the company in case they were having issues of this type with their product. I sent a quick email stating that I knew it was past warrantee, but just wanted to make them aware. They responded immediately, apologized for the product and while they said they were always looking for ways to improve the inner and outer glass, that it IS still fragile and they offered to send us a replacement! I was actually shocked. Sadly, it is rare these days to see companies back up their products anymore, but they were all about it. They asked for my address and a new one arrived in just a couple of days. I was honestly stunned, and my daughter was thrilled. They also said to always let them know if there are issues as they are always willing to help make it right.I have to say, this company is doing it right. The product is gorgeous as a gift ( I plan to buy on for my sister as well) the packaging is amazing, it’s has plenty of wrapping to help it arrive to you safely. There are openings on either side for easy cleaning and the container for tea works well and is easily replaceable if you need. The bottles that have the crystals on the bottom are so nice and easy to access.If you are considering this purchase, do it. The customer service is outstanding, and we are grateful and sipping tea over here in beautiful containers! Thank you so much to this company. It gives me a little more hope that some people are still doing it right.

This is absolutely beautiful. I love it, it is not bulky and convenient. It fit perfectly in the cup holder of my vehicle. I am so glad I bought this.

This bottle is gorgeous. Stainless steel top and bottom – strong glass, the image on the glass is protected both sides so it will never wash off. You can have hot drinks in it- it comes with a reusable Straw, a tight, protective pouch and several HUGE crystals. Plus the note was lovely.This is an example of a product that is made with care, qaulity and is well worth the money. If anything, it’s under priced. Thank you so much.
